Horrible service. The server new she messed up by forgetting to put our food in, never apologized, never came back to pick up our plates or refilled our drinks. We had to go upfront for the ticket and even then she didnt apologize, as we were waking out no goodbye or thank you for coming. My husband went back to speak with the manager and she wouldnt get him she just kept saying "come here hes in the kitchen as she was laughing" I am disgusted of how the treated us and will never recommend this place.

The service is horrible. Our server didnt write down our order, which resulted into one dish not coming to our table and a side not coming at all even though we reminded then several times. We waited a very long time for our food to come. Then once we got our food its was cold and disgusting. The only thing that was great about the service is that they did refill our drinks numerous times and our chip basket. I would not recommend this if you are impatient or depend on the quality of good they sevre.

First time visit, almost empty. Waited over 15 minutes for a waitress, brought water to the table, but that was it. I told my son wed give them 3 minutes. At 8 PM, we left. No son bienvenidas aquí. No worries. The BEST and busiest Mexican restaurant in Jefferson is Le Hausteca-family owned and they are always glad to see you. Highly recommend Le Hausteca. No idea how the food tastes at poor excuse, but if its anything like the service, Ill pass.

Im shocked at the negative reviews of this place. Weve tried every Mexican restaurant in town and this was by far the best! We had excellent service...the best Ive had in awhile... and the food was great! Well definitely be back.
