Terrible experience! My husband and I went to this restaurant after being on the road for a few weeks. First, my knife was dirty. They replaced my knife. Second there was a roach in my food. I then called the stewardess over because my waiter was not around and she saw the roach and took the plate from in front of me. Then the waiter approached me and asked what happened. I told him and then he went to look at the food. He came back and told us that our food was covered (that we did not have the pay for the food). He asked me if I wanted something else and I told him: No. As we were leaving the manager told us that we had to pay for my husbands food. This is ridiculous. We are so tired and did not have the energy to make a scene in the restaurant. We just payed for my husbands food and left. This situation and how it was handled is indicative of a poorly run restaurant that does not have respect for its patrons. I will never eat here again!!! Id give NO stars if I could.

Habia tenido malas experiencias en restaurantes Mexicanos, pero este supero a todos. Muy mala comida y mal servicio, el mesero no sabia el menu y los empleados hablado obcenidades frente a los clientes, entre ellos niños. No regresare!!! This place is horrible!! Bad service and bad food, never came back.

My daughter and I stopped in before shopping for a late lunch. The chips and salsa were ok not the best I have had. My daughter ordered a chicken and cheese Quesadilla and then refried beans. Well here chicken and cheese Quesadilla was covered with onions and peppers and then to top that she found a very large chicken bone in it. Her refried beans tasted like chili. So we sent it back and got rice. Well she could not eat it because it was hot. I ordered a hard shell taco. I took 2 bites and that was all I could handle. Not very good. The best part of the whole meal for me and my daughter was her tea and my pepsi. Not very satisfied.

I went to La Hacienda today with my mother and the service there was just terrible. They had messed up on our order twice and to make things more worse brung out our food in the same plate and brung my mother a empty plate. I had to scoop her food out of my plate and give it to her on hers. Seriously do these people not have enough plates or what the hell is their deal? Then when I got home I called to complaint to the manager, all he said is he would check the service then hung up on me. Not very good service at all

Definitely needs to retrain staff or hire a new one because the service was horrible. Our waiter was extremely impatient and rude for no reason; a waiter should never raise their voice at a customer because the customer was trying to decide what to order. We never received chips and salsa until we had to ask for it when our meals arrived. After being rushed to order, it took an extremely long time to receive our checks. The food was good, but nothing you cant get elsewhere and not good enough to go back.

Excellent food... Terrible management. Was seated and waited 10 minutes before asked what to drink. The manager was sitting down at the bar and watched us look for a waitress... Didnt get up to help until I told him that it was ridiculous to watch customers sit and wait. Obviously he is not in the proper position with the staff and cant manage a restaurant. All he said was "oh sorry I know I saw you wait..." And then started speaking Spanish and pointing at my table. Awful!

I ordered the supreme nachos. Every single chip was soggy, and the food was cold. Im sure my dish was a kitchen mess up and they gave it to me Anyway. I asked for a frozen Texas margarita and the server never asked me what size I wanted and just gave me this huge glass that didnt even have much tequila in it for $10! Overall, the food was gross and our bill was $54. I still tipped him $10 but I shouldnt have because of how sneaky he was with the bill. We will never return!

My wife and I ate there yesterday on a date, and our waiter was drunk and acted stoned. When the food came out he got the orders wrong (never wrote our orders down on paper) and never refilled our drinks. I finally went to the employee soda fountain and filled our own drinks. I told the manager that the waiter was drunk, he just said, “I’m sorry sir”, nothing else was done nor said. Other than the drunken service, the food was good.

Place was empty. 5 minutes in, had to ask if we had a waiter (all of whom were hanging out at the entrance). 30 minutes in, returned to the entrance (where the entire staff was, including our waiter) to ask if it normally takes this long for soup and a combo only to find that he never put the order in. With no manager on duty our consolation was to wait longer for a small discount. We didnt. Thanks for failing at restaurant 101.

The service was fine, but the food wasnt good at all. The guacamole and salsa were too salty to eat, and the food was literally dripping with grease. My crunchy taco was soggy. When the server put my plate down, the greasy actually ran off the plate. I promise, Im not exaggerating. And my chili relleno had no beef in it after the server specifically told me that they made them with beef. On the plus side, the beer was cold.

Food was okay but the waiters were always on their phones when they wearnt seeving customers. My food had alot of oil in it. It was enought to fry food. The manager was not on duty and thats why these people dont have good service. The waiters boyfriends and girlfriends were always there. I suggest dont come here its a waste of time. They dont even listen to the order and to directions.

The food is good, the service is extremely poor. Ask for a cheese dip and the young man said "ummmm... You can ask your waiter" the proceeded to walk away. The server ignored questions I had about the food, rushed me to order, then as soon as my food came out gave me the check and didnt come back. So on the plus side the food in great but the people that work there are not.

The service SUCKED BIG BURRITOS!!!!!! We didnt even get seated!!!! We had a large party and made reservations and once we got there....they didnt have our table ready and tried to say they didnt guarantee reservations...No One said this to me!!! The hostess were the rudest people I have ever come upon!!!!!!!!!!!

Our waitress was the best she was sweet she had the nicest heart and explained their menu to my nine-year-old as if it was her own child. And the food was amazing I had the Texas rice and it was killer somebody has to roll me out of here oh and the cheese sauce the best Ive ever had. I could have drank the salsa

Unusually great Mexican fare. Flavorful and substantial. Unlike so many Mexican places in the Southeast which tend to serve watery, flaccid, order-by-the-number, generic, flavor-free "food....." this place is outstanding. I recommend any of the quesadillas or the Texas Rice. Enjoy!
