I have visited Outback Steak House in the past in other locations and let me say that I am a life long customer. The Steak, especially the Ribeye is my favorite choice. In my opinion its one of the very best you can buy period. Here at the Commerce Ga. location it was no different. Superb steak and Excellent sides as usual. The one thing that really stood out however was the service and it was superior. We had the chance to speak with the owner and he was very hospitable and spent some time talking to us about Outback and all of the great things this company has to offer each and every customer that chooses to dine here. He runs a very clean and well managed store and has great staff to make your meal the very best in the steak house business. I would like to thank Josh Curry for his hospitable and desire to put the customer first in his restaurant. Outback Steak House will benefit greatly from his work ethic and attitude towards his business and to its customers. I would also like to thank our waitress Faith for making our meal extremely enjoyable. We never had to ask for anything. This restaurant is a sure pick for a great meal and atmosphere!

It was definitely one of the best experiences Ive had at any restaurants. Super packed which means there is a huge following to outback. But had one of the most awesome waitress serve us and made my experience much more pleasurable. Her name was Amberlee. She was very knowledgeable and very welcoming. I dont know what all those other people were complaining about in those past reviews. But from what I seen. The customer base that comes here are rude and very cheap. I watched a customer literally con a waitress on her bill about what she ordered and the waitress fixed it and definitely made the customer happy. And as I was getting helped by my waitress a customer came over to her and tried to interrupt her to get there way. She handled it very well. Dont let the customer base sway your judgement about this restaurant. I loved it. And definitely will be back in the future.

Made reservations here the day before for 5:30p. This was my graduation day and I had 10 people helping me celebrate. I called and the girl was obviously "out-to-lunch" while on the phone because I had to remind her that she needed both my name and the number of people for the reservation. My family arrived before I did (on time), but my reservations were not there. We had to wait 45 minutes to sit down, even though it was only 5:30p. Then, when we were seated they put us at what were basically 2 different tables. I wasnt able to spend time with all of my guests since they were separated. The food was good and our waiter was polite and efficient; however, the hostesses and reservation girl were pretty much just taking up space rather than working. I wont be going back, thats for sure.

We ordered 3 filets and had to send 2 of them back. The 3rd one should have been sent back as well but she decided to eat what she could and take the rest to her dog. One was undercooked and one was so tough that it couldnt be cut. We had received a gift card from the company that my husband works for and decided to use it at this Outback. .....we wont go back to the Commerce Outback! We have been to other locations and have never had as poor quality of food as this. The service was ok and our server had a cute sense of humor but it wasnt nearly enough to make up for the food. There were several other things so that werent up to par.....had to ask for silverware, waited a long time on bread, etc., we were at a Steak House....the steaks should have been good!!!!

My friend and I went to dinner with my 4 kids. The waitress was really nice but the whole experience was awful. I ended up spending 65 dollars on our meal but I had a beer spilled all over me and my brand new phone. I then only got my beer comped which doesnt even make up for it getting spilled on me in the first place. Then i went and called them and told them that my phone wasnt working right the manager told me that i said it wasnt the waitresses fault which I dont remember

The lobster was succulent. The victoria steak was mouth watering. And our server, Anthony, was a pleasure and attentive. The only downside is ironic in that to find it we felt like we were, well to be frank, "outback". But in this day of gps not really an issue and the parking is abundant. All in all, a meal to set the standard for an excellent experience. btw Im from out of town and have no affiliations nor compensation for this review.

The steaks at outback now are horrible. They put way to much spicy seasoning on the steak. Seasoning I can handle but a spicy, and I mean really spicy, doesnt cut it at all. Our waitress was great and she even expressed the steaks are horrible. But the employees cant say anything unless costumers say something first, or complain. Wont ever eat at outback again. Longhorn, Texas Roadhouse or Logan roadhouse will get my service now.

Sat outside for 15 mins for outback curbside service. Finally my husband had to go inside. I ordered the 9 oz filet with grilled shrimp. My filet was burned i asked for medium and no pink at all. My husbands also got a filet that was slightly over cooked but his potato was way overcooked. He only could eat half of the potato. To top it off most of the food was cold and this was my birthday dinner. Im very disappointed.

Awful!!!!!! After driving 6 hours we went to The Outback. Several people in the Boot store told us that they drove to Athens because this one was so bad. Had been there before and it was great, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and went. BOY did we screw up!!!! Waited 45 minutes for our medium rare prime rib. Came out with meat looking like a thin, piece of beef jerky! Never will go there again!!!!!!!

Wow!!!! The bathroom was so nasty I went outside and behind building. I told management about the problem and a hour later I still had to take my daughter outside to change her diaper. The table the put us had puke on the floor and I also had to tell them several times before they cleaned it up. Before I saw the puke it was all over the wheels of my stroller and on the bottom of my shoes.

Today was my first visit at an Outback Steakhouse ever, and I was so very pleased with the experience! We had the sampler appetizer and each item was fresh and delicious. Steak was cooked perfectly, ribs fell off the bone, fries so crispy and seasoned perfectly. Our waitress was very attentive but not too bothersome and the atmosphere was perfect! Id give it more stars if I could.

The food is always good and the staff is always friendly. Nice atmosphere. I knew the old proprietor and they ran a good restaurant and the new proprietor has done a nice job since. They are typically good with reservations, but the accommodations for a group of over 8 are not very good and is the only reason they didnt get 5 stars. Overall, one of the better Outbacks around.
