Ive ordered many times from here due to the convenience. Its DECENT pizza (not great). Today I ordered - specifically - a pizza with extra sauce and cooked well done. I got a pizza with no extra sauce and not well done. Due to having a minimum subtotal of $20.00 I had to order something else. I went with the chicken alfredo. There was basically no sauce on it. After calling the store and talking to the lady there, I was asked, "You ordered at 12 this morning and its just now an issue?". After correcting her that 12PM was actually considered the afternoon, I got into with her due to her demeanor. She explained to me that due to specifying a garlic somethingorother with the pasta it doesnt come with sauce. I explained that they need to put that on the menu. She was rude, I was rude but in the end she ended up saying to me, "...fu*k you mother fuc*er". I will not order from here again. Its a shame really. Ill order from Saporitos pizza from now on. They dont swear at me with a complaint.

BIG disappointment. Ordered a large pizza on a slow afternoon, and you can tell they just threw some toppings on an already done crust and heated it up. Bottom was burnt and the toppings were raw. You dont want that when you are paying almost $20 for a pizza. I will opt for Alessandros next time. At least I know they will make my pizza fresh. I can understand getting a slice and having them prepare it in a quick way, but NOT when you order a whole pie. What a rip-off. I really feel taken. These business owners just dont realize that repeat business is what keeps them going. I am sure if you order on a busy Friday or Saturday night you will get a fresh pie, but dont go during the week or on an afternoon and expect good food.

Called in for pick up and was placed on hold for 10 min when i finished ordering i asked the obviously uneducated lady to repeat my order and was told there computers were down and they were having to share one so I was placed on hold again for over 15 min. So i hung up and called back to some guy that could barely talk he was so methed out and explained to him that i had been on hold for over 15 min just to here my order called back to me so i knew they got it correct well he proceeded to try to put me on hold 3 more times before eventually telling me NO he was not going to repeat my order.

I ordered 2 pizzas, my husband went to pick them up & they only made 1 of the 2 pizzas. They told him I didnt ordered a 2nd one. The girl who took my order repeated the order back to me prior to him picking it up. Then I called up there to discuss the issue because now we have a cold one & a hot one ... She basically called me liar & said I never ordered the 2nd one. We loved this pizza place till now.. Sorry, but you lost our business. As a business owner myself I think this was a very poor display of customer service.

Amazing Italian and a legit Italian place. The two that worked the night we visited were native Italians, what from I could tell. (Napoli would be my guess based on a Naples clock on the wall) It is family friendly and very comfortable. A bit small though. We had the calamari. I would pass on that. From frozen, not great. Everything else was great. I had a calzone and the small was huge. Wife and daughter had penne and meatballs. The both loved them. We will go again for sure!

Its was 12:56 on a Monday. Not busy.$30.73 for mozzarella sticks,frys, lrg calzone.fries were ok. Mozzerella sticks...arbys are better. Calzone so awful nearly the whole thing is being thrown away. We ordered the all meat with ricotta. The meat tasted like it all went bad, even tasting it individually. The sausage was nasty, the ground beef nasty, the bacon was sooo, soo bad. Ham took on the bad taste of everything.

My husband and I wanted to order put but declined the girl who took our order was nice we had a coupon they sent in the mail she went to ask someone about having white cheese on our pizza , he was really loud and yelling she then asked him another question about toppings he got the phone and was rudely taking our order so I declined or order first time customers bad experience! back to our regular spot.

We tried this place for the first time and LOVED their pizza! Great crust, not too dry and not too greasy; they have fried eggplant which we love and FRESH mushrooms (not rubbery canned ones); and a perfect amount of cheese; and a decent price. I posted a picture of it. We found our new pizza spot. You should order a pie from here! Yum.

Order pizza with garlic pram crust. It came with nothing on the crust and when I call the lady told me she made the pizza and she personally put the sauce on the crust. I said ours was dry and she practically called me a liar. They did not correct the problem nor offer a discount next time. I will NEVR order from there again

I grew up in New York and everywhere I go I always try and find the closest I can to New York pizza. I moved here in September but somehow I missed this place until last week. I will be going to Taste of Italy probably once a week. This is as close as you will get to New York pizza and the price is great as well.

Had really bad experience tonight. First pizza was made wrong and was hold it would be another 15 minutes great!! Second pizza was terribly under cooked with a total lack of effort of cooking. Service just didnt care and didnt offer us anything? Oh well Star suck on to find another pizza joint.

Very disappointing. Ordered 10 pc Garlic Parmesean wings and the were way over cooked with barely any meat on them for wings and a tea was almost $12. Didnt even come with celery or carrots. Way over priced for sub par food. Wont go here again

Definitely recommend the Italian dishes. Got the chicken parm & baked ziti for dinner for my wife & I. Both was delicious & tasty. Garlic rolls were so good w/ marinara sauce. Also, love the user friendly online ordering.
