My first one star review of a restaurant. Was told this lace was good. Waited waited waited for pizza. Repeated visits to the counter assured me it was almost ready.They werent even busy, but an hour later no pizza. Couldnt tell you if it was good or not cuz we finally decided to go some place we might actually get the food we ordered. When I went the counter to ask for my money back. The manager said he just put my pizza in. What??? I had been told it was almost done more than once. I told him no I just want my money back and he acted like I was out of line for being unhappy. Never apologized or anything. Some how this was my fault? Great customer service. I even suggested before I left they could at least apologize for screwing up a customers order and all I got was "have a good night bro". Unbelievable. What a buzz kill. Ended up taking an Uber to Deweys Pizza where the service and pizza where great.

Im from out of town and wanted to try something different decided to go to this pizza place so I order my pizza as Carry out. When I got there the security let me all the way in to pick my pizza up. When I get to the cashier she says "I have to wait in line like every one else" so the guy who took my order over the phone (Aaron) comes up and says yea I took your order. But you have to wait in line. The line was wrapped around the building so what was the point of taking a Carry out order and I still have to wait. The whole point was to pick up the pizza and leave. I would not recommend this place bc the customer service is disgusting. And then Aaron says very very rudely "so whats up are you gonna wait in line or are you gonna leave. This customer service has left a sour taste in my mouth not only from the restaurant but from Cincinatti in general!!

If I could do half a star I would... management needs to grow up. They didnt let my 51 year old father-in-law in because he didnt carry his ID on him tonight. How are you going to reject a paying customer who obviously is old enough to be the managers father. I get IDing people but as a Restaurant first and bar second, have them ID at the bar to better serve the customer and not themselves. To the bearded, hipster dick of a manager; Logic would serve you better than repetitive stupidity of only focusing on ID cards. customers are more than a paycheck.

Just know you will* be screamed at by a fat crazy lady at the register for not knowing where to get water at. Also know that the water tab is very conveniently located on the ice tea maker in the back corner hidden behind the coke machine where you have to switch the tab over to get the water.. LOL lets just say ghetto af. Not to mention the location. As my first and only* visit there, I have never ever been treated that way as a customer, I was beyond speechless. The pizza was also burnt and dry. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Great slice of New York style pizza pie. Fun people, great rooms for eating as well. The only drawback is when ordering carry out you have to get in the line of people ordering. That line can get long. If youve already ordered and are coming to pickup, you should be able to get your pizza right away. I waited 10 minutes in line while my pizza got cold. GREAT place though! Highly recommend!

Perfect calzones, quite legitimately the ideal baked goods of any type as far as I am concerned. After delighting in several (each as delightful as the last), I have procured a last one as a test of willpower and devotion to my new diet. Ideally suited for this purpose -- they are the food I am weakest against. They also have a top notch pasta salad if you go in for a lunch special.

Its ok toppers is better pizza wise.. the bottom of the crust was overdone to the point it tasted burnt the breadsticks quite chewey but the top melts in your mouth on the upside. Nothing i would go out my way for.... im from ny and this is far from ny slice pizza.....far needs improvement. And my cc was overcharged its still pending so we will see what the final charge will be

I visited Cincinnati from Cleveland this past weekend, and just googled "pizza places". I was pleasantly surprised at this place. It had a pizza shop on the ground floor and 2 story bar on the 2nd and 3rd floor with a speakeasy vibe. The pizza was excellent, and the bar had an awesome selection of craft beers and cocktails. Will definitely go back on future trips to Cincy.

I am absolutely delighted, every single time I bite into Goodfellas cheesy greatness and gorgeous select of savory sides. The olive oil recipe is ever-so real and everything about the restaurant, from its structure to its service, is more than inviting. Its a scene from a movie screen that you WISH you could sit in. I suggest thatCHOO get there and get a special today!

My husband and I tried the bar for the first time on this past Thursday and weve come back yesterday and today. The cocktails are phenomenal, and the bartender who made them, Mark, has been so awesome. Hes exceptionally kind and it was a blast watching him make some of the more involved drinks. I really recommend the Nevada Gas and to tip these awesome people well.

Awesome place for lunch. My office is 2 blocks away and have, by far, the best pizza and drinks for the price. I live next to their Covington location, which is great, but this location really ups decorations and just looks awesome. I havent been here at night yet, but expect to come back often during the day.

They always have a great beer selection for those that like hoppy ales to dark Belgiums.If you are hungry they also have you covered with their amazing pizza combinations.They also have a small outdoor section if you need some fresh air. I Highly recommended stopping by if your in Anderson.

Great pizza, and I especially like the Calzones. They are absolutely massive and full of cheesy goodness. I enjoy sitting at the upstairs bar and ordering over the more family friendly downstairs. The late night staff is super friendly and has even done custom by-the-slice orders for me!

Goodfellas is alright. Personally I dont think what they sell is really New York style pizza (its too thick and a bit too greasy). Still its a late night food option in OTR and its a fast option if you go for the pre-made slices. Great drunk food alongside Gomez or bar food from MOTR.

Delicious New York style pizza by the slice. Only $3 for a slice of cheese pizza the size of your head. The bread sticks are good too, and they come with a cup of dipping sauce. Fast service. We went at peak time on Saturday night and didnt have to wait longer than 10 minutes.

I went to this pizza place and it was burnt at the bottom very badly... When I told them my pizza was burnt very badly he told me thats how the pizza is made deal with it! (I come here almost every weekend I know thats not how its made! Never will I come here again!!!
