Ordered from here several times. Usually its ok although it is usually cold by the time it gets here. They NEVER will give you any kind of time table or estimate for when your food should arrive. Most recently, they were confused about one detail of my order so they never bothered to call or figure out what was wrong and just didnt bring our food. Finally, after calling several times, they tried to blame us saying that our order didnt make sense. We literally ordered one pizza with one topping and were paying cash. Thats it. They never bothered to call or let us know, just ditched us. This kind of thing happens on a regular basis and they have a monopoly in the Falmouth area. They do NOT care about anyones order. Good luck getting anything fresh, good, or God forbid, on time here.

I called today and got treated like a dog by a girl named Joy . She was very rude to me on the phone. I have had several issues with her but I keep coming back . I am done . Snappy lost my whole familys business because of Joy . Not a joy !

Says online dont close till 11 I called at 10:00 and she said they were actually closed would be nice if the store closed when it says they are suppose to online!
