Ive been to Mellow Mushrooms in other locations in other states. I went to this one for lunch just today for the first time. I was seated quickly and my order was taken fairly quickly as well. There was a mix-up with my drink. The waiter Nick forgot to bring it to me. The pizza arrived exactly as I ordered it and in good time. Because of the mix-up with my drink the waiter automatically gave it to me for free. Until then I had been thinking that I may not come back to that location because its very out of the way for me but after that I may go back sometime if I am out in that area again. This location was not as heavily decorated as other Mellow Mushrooms that I have been to but this location is also larger than those locations. During the time when I went it was not at all busy but it was consistent. I would go back.

Lets see where do I start. We get there we get seated pretty quickly and the gentleman comes over and says hes going to be right back to wait on us. We wait we wait there for 20 minutes well that seems waiter keeps walking past us without saying a word. Then I go up and and nicely say that we have not been waited on yet. We finally get a female server to come over and take our order my son orders a kids meal with the milk. He gets the milk and he told me that it tastes really bad and I smelled it and it was the worst sour milk. So we sent the milk back and he got another milk which was fine. We got a decent dinner that we spent a lot of money on and they couldnt even comp my sons $5 kids meal when he was the one who had to drink the sour milk. We will not go back there

We are from out of town looking for gluten-free dairyfree food. They were able to give us that which was nice. We ordered online and picked up from a friendly employee. The prices were okay I thought, then we added 1-2 toppings and the price went up so much ifeel it was way overpriced for good pizza. Bummer we had to pay additionally for cheese even on the regular pizza. I didnt think I could eat diya cheese plain on a pizza so i needed to add toppings. Got pepperoni it was tasty. My husband got a regular pizza and was surprised it was a whole grain type Crust which is not his favorite. He didnt expect that. I really liked the sauce on the pizza. My GF pizza was whole grain too, thicker than some Ive tried elswhere.

I have been to the Mellow Mushroom twice now. The first time was shortly after it opening and then again on Wednesday the 20th. I must start off saying that our waiter was very nice, however with this being said the food was late, cold, and bland. Our waiter was very apologetic and to tell the truth I felt bad for the guy. Then it was pointed out to me by my girlfriend that the kitchen staff (that are in plane view) are not wearing any hair or facial nets. The young man with the full beard and the other with hair down to the middle of his back were an unwelcome sight around the food being prepared. In short: less emphasis on the atmosphere and more on food and cleanliness. Then maybe I will return... Maybe

Used to love it here, then one night I went with my girlfriend and we both got food poisoning, even though we had different orders. We went a few times afterwards and then the most recent time ended with her getting so sick that it was coming out of both ends at the same time. I even called the manager that night, after we were home and the sick kicked in. He said hed report it somebody higher up and that hed get back to us. Never got a call, unsure if he ever spoke to anyone, and I dont think well ever be going back.

I love your calzones and that is what I usually get. I brought my dad last night. We decided on pizza with 3 toppings. We were charged for a cheese pizza and the toppings were a separate charge. I think charging over $25 for a large pizza is excessive! I should have been told this when ordering so I could choose a specialty item that would have been considerably less expensive. The crust was very tough and hard for my dad to chew also. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.

What happen to the groovy atmosphere that used to reside at Mellow Mushroom? Now it feels and looks like a boring beige chain restaurant reminiscent of OCharlies. Its such a shame that this place gas lost its character. The food is good but pricey. The service could be better. Our waitress didnt check on us often enough. Ill be back because I love the pizza and brushetta but I might try another location that offers more of a groovy experience.

Let me start out by saying I am not a pizza lover at all. Mellow Mushroom is the best pizza Ive ever had, and only pizza I eat. We went here on Halloween to celebrate my 6 year old grandsons one year anniversary of no chemo ( brain cancer). I want to thank the manager and the staff for making it such a special night for all of us!! What a great bunch of people! We will definitely continue to be return customers!

It is great, the whole ambient is mellow to say the least, its relaxing and a great spot to eat at, the food itself is really good, the pizza is excellent, the crust varies depending on how you want it and i have made it my mission to eat every single one and theyre all delicious, the service is great, the servers are very nice and it has a kind of family atmosphere to it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

I went to the one off the Wilder exit near the Great Escape Cinema. Its... well... its a really cute building, good atmosphere, and a decent pie... but I dont think Id go back. Its not bad, but Ive had better and twenty smackaroos for a large pie isnt great. Id just as soon go to Snappy Tomato or Pizza Hut. Give it a try if youd like something new, but dont expect it to be astounding.

Waited 30 minutes to be sat even though there were about 10 open booths. Waited an additional 45 minutes for one 14 inch pizza, and the servers continuously walked past us and acted as though we didnt exist. Not only did we not get our food, but we ended up walking out. Definitely dont recommend them based on our experiences.

Inside was dark and food was alright. They werent busy but our waitress always seemed to never be around nor was she super helpful when we asked questions. They didnt seem to have a dress code either and our waitress wore work out pants, while others wore booty shorts, it was bizarre. Not coming back.

By far our favorite pizza. The crust goes unmatched and the sauce and toppings are excellent. I did notice the last time that the cheese was softer and not as stringy so hopefully they didnt make a permanent cheese substitution.

Decent food and beer selection but frequently slow service... Twice its taken an hour just for my food to hit the table.. if you have time its worth the trip but with my routine its hard to justify the possible delays.
