My family just took a night out during winter break and had a blast playing games and enjoying dinner at Gattitown! My boys love coming for birthday parties but it was also a great night out during the winter for just our family. We all got to ride the bumper cars, play skee ball, and enjoy time together. When you get to Gattitown you pay at the entrance for your buffet then you can either grab a plate and enjoy dinner or you can head to the games. PRICING 2 & Under FREE Ages 3 - 4 $3.99 Ages 5-8 $5.99 Ages 9-12 $6.99 Ages 13-59 $7.99 Age 60+ $6.99 *Includes all you can eat and drink Marketplace Buffet. (A great deal for all you can eat and with a healthy salad bar as well) Hours Sunday- Thursday 11am-9pm Friday & Saturday 11am-10pm *UK Lunch ( $1.00 off) Mon- Fri The game room has a variety of games to enjoy as well as rides (over 150 in all!). You purchase a reloadable card when you enter for $1. Games vary from around 140 points to 800 points so you can add money (points) onto your card based on the number of games you plan on playing - you can always add more later or save your card for your next visit if you dont use it all. There is a frog hopper, carousel, bumper cars, bouncy house (for kids under 42 in), and a few small rides (like you see at the front of the grocery store). Games include skee ball, pop a shot, a water squirt competition, numerous racing arcade games, a giant connect four game, spider stomp, football toss, and MORE! My boys loved riding the bumper cars with Mom and Dad! As you play you earn tickets at various games. Tickets are credited onto your reloadable card. After you play you can redeem your tickets in the prize room. You can also win prizes at the water squirt game or the race horse ball roll game. (Its more fun for adults than a place like Chuck E Cheese because there are games adults would enjoy) The buffet offers a salad bar (typical items like cheese, tomatoes, carrots, etc.), pasta bar with a variety of pasta types and sauces, macaroni and cheese, cheese bread, garlic bread, a large pizza bar with regular and thin crusts, cheese, pepperoni, sausage, veggie, and more. They also have desserts like pudding, cinnamon rolls, apple pizza, and a pizza topped with a chocolate topping. Their drink bar features Pepsi and Coke products as well as water, tea, fruit punch, and coffee. Enjoy eating in one of their many dining rooms. The Flix room features kid friendly movies, the WGTV room features large screens showing sports (this room will be renovated soon!), a café that was just remodeled or rent a room for a special event.

We are from Michigan and decided to go here while visiting our friends, who are Lexington locals. (They are GattiTown experts and decided to initate us into the GattiTown world. We are glad they did. -- They are also now, incidentally, our two youngest, who were on the trip with us, favorite people.) For those have been to Chuck-e-Cheese, GattiTown is like Chuck-e-Cheese on Steroids. They have everything and then some. My kids could have spent a week here, and not been bored. The 4 of us adults were even having a good time! You could spend hours, or simply an hour, here. Whatever you want. Go for dinner. Go to play. Go for both. Whatever you want. (Taking kids with you is optional.) The food is separate from the fun. You cannot take your food or drink into the play area with you. Once in the play area you buy a credit card with your time limit on it. (Play for an hour and it expires in an hour.) You can buy a package for just the games, or one that includes the games that gives you tickets. Im guessing that one must also do the picture type machines. We did not do that one. Our 6-year-old son mainly wanted to do bumper cars anyway and our 12-year-old daughter could have cared less about the 2 cent rewards. (BTW the bounce houses were free.) There were things for everyone of all age and sizes. All of us were enjoying ourselves and having a blast. Its fairly dark in there with the fun. Lots of colorful led lights though. They have several skee ball machines, different size basketball net games, dance mania games, they even have a 4-way air hockey table. They have piano tiles, a shooting range, and every game you can imagine. The restaurant may be just as big as the play area. There are different places you can eat. Movie theaters where you can sit down and watch a movie with your dinner or just a diner. Its buffet style. All sorts of salads and pastas and pizzas and breads and desserts, and more drink selections than you knew existed. You will need to be rolled into the play area and if you dont spend a few hours running around burning off all the calories you just ingested, you will need to be rolled out of GattiTown. Well worth the visit. You will be back.

On a recent trip home to TN from Michigan we stopped at GattiTown for lunch and a little relaxation before continuing our ride home. This was my first time at GattiTown or any Gattis locations. I was impressed with how friendly all the staff was and at the amount of room there was in the facility. Entry is by purchase of a buffet but the prices were reasonable compared to food costs at other similar facilities. I loved that the buffet and dining rooms were separate from the arcade area because you didnt have to worry about trying to eat with kids running around. They have three dining rooms to eat in and we chose to sit in the area with the kids movie playing. This is a great way to keep kids entertained while the parents finish eating. If you are a sports fan they have a dining area just for you with multiple tvs full of sports. For those that dont want distraction while eating, there is also a normal dining area. The buffet was fully stocked and had everything you could want from salads to dessert pizza. Everything was fresh and warm and I was pleased with the quality of the food. They also have drink machines which feature Pepsi and Coke products along with tea and coffee. The arcade was clean and there was plenty of room to maneuver around. There were games for kids of all ages and I love that they have a game card vs. tokens and tickets. It made it easy to go from game to game without worrying you might lose something. This also made it simply when it was time to cash out for prizes. They simply scan the card and know how many tickets you have. The prizes are in line with other similar places and my daughter was happy with what she was able to redeem her tickets for. It was a pleasant experience and one we will probably add to our travel routine. I dont have a Gattitown near me but we do have a Gattis pizza so I know what I will be checking out net.

Disclosure: I received a complimentary family buffet and midway package as a member of US Family Guide Moms Connect as a thank you. All opinions are my own. We recently took our family to Gattitownnofollow Lexington to do a pre-celebration for our son’s 14th birthday with just the 6 of us. We didn’t do a Birthday package. We decided to just enjoy the buffet and Midway games as a family. He’s a teenager so there aren’t a ton of things left that he likes to do as a family. Gattitown is something we all love and is fun for the entire family. Gattitown has very reasonable prices to the all-you-can-eat buffet. It has pizza, salad, pasta, cheesesticks/breadsticks and dessert pizza. It’s really good too! The kids ate until I thought they’d burst! The staff were all very nice and the restaurant was nice and clean. The food, drinks, silverware and napkins were kept well stocked and everything tasted great! There are several “rooms” you can eat in to enjoy a movie or game while you eat. The rooms include: Cafe WGTV: We ate in this room and watched the UK/Tenn game. FunFlix: There were several Disney movies playing the day we were there. Town Hall: The Town hall was reserved for a birthday when we were there. It was decorated and had goody bags on the tables. The kids LOVED the Midway and all the games. My husband and I did too. There were games and fun for all ages including a bounce castle, kids and adults basketball, spin games, arcade games, bumper cars and even a drop ride. It was VERY busy the day we were there but we still had a lot of fun and were able to enjoy everything even if it was a bit hectic. For less than $8 for an adult buffet, this is a great deal for families. We were able to eat, enjoy a movie and play games as a family. You cant beat that!
