FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. The fries were over fried and hard. The gyro meat dry and old. The taziki sauce tasted bad and my wife and I both got sick from the food. Now about the owner /manager of the frsnchise CHRIS , NASY RUDE and will THREATEN you if you share your concerns about the food or service. He enjoys talking nasty dirty things to woman ,that my wife felt uncomfortable and never wants to go back there and he laughs about it. I watched him use his 11 year old daughter to run the cash register and make pizzas in the kitchen. I should have read the reviews first. All I see are unsatisfied customers. I found out that he is just a franchisee and I spoke to the real owner of Gondolier pizza ,which is the corporate store its located in Clearwater Florida and he was very unhappy to hear about the experience and very apologetic to the situation, and said he would address the issues and seemed that he truly cares about the Gondolier name .I would suggest contacting them to express your concerns about the experience you have had.

The pizza taste great! But it gets one star because I love this country, its borders, and culture. I walked in to the place and two Latinos, who Im sure where not born in this country, where sitting where the customers eat. Well, we where all immigrants at one time. But, my great grand father had to learn English to feed my grandfather. These two disrespectful clowns did not greet me. They where sitting down and their asses watching a Spanish soap opera stuffing their faces. For 2 to 3 minutes I stood at the counter until one of the La Raza decided to get up and yell something in Spanish to the owner. Shame on him for hiring cheap labor. I will never eat there and if you love your country as I do you would not eat there either. I will return when he hires legals who speak English. If cheap and delicious pizza is worth this country turning into a banana Republic then enjoy!

Purchased a simple plate of mild wings. That cant be too hard, right? WRONG! What I got was a plate of hot wings. For some of us, there IS a differnece between MILD and HOT!! They took the wings back and returned them to the fryer ... I assume to burn off the hot sauce. Then they returned a plate of overcooked wings doused in mild sauce which, incidentially, DID NOT mask the hot sauce. The wings were so pitiful and dried up that there was about as much meat on them as you would find in a crab leg. Hardly worth the effort. On a good note, my bottled water was worth the $7 I paid for the meal ... I guess. One thing is for sure, I wont be buying wings from there again! Who ever cooked those wings should be ashamed.

Gondolier has been serving their community since 1996! What a great business success story! I ordered pizza from here for the first time in 2001 and loved it! Ive been ordering from here ever since! 13 years and counting! I moved away for awhile, but would always make a stop at Gondoliers for pizza when I was in town! Now that I am back, I continue to enjoy this delicious pizza! Great food and great company with very friendly owners, Chris and Christine! Known locally to everyone, patrons arent just customers, they are friends. Pizza is always buy 1, get 1 free... You cant beat that.

Placed an order 45 mins prior closing and arrived 15 mins prior to closing and they were shut down. We were unable to pick up our order. I Called this morning to speak to the manager and was cursed out and while he insinuated threats and called me "baby". Claimed one his 16 year old employees had a friend die and needed to leave, which is understandable, but was not communicated to me upon placing the order. Completely unprofessional and a disgusting manager all around. Threatened and cursed at me during the phone call multiple times. Will be taking further action!

Last week, we placed a delivery order and not only did they get it wrong once, but they got it wrong TWICE. When I called to complain, the manager Chris not only never apologized for the error but was argumentative and acted like it was OUR fault. He even went as far as to call me back at MY house to yell at me because I understandably got upset. If you decide to order from there, be very wary because if they get your order wrong, the manager will not only not try to make it right but will be confrontational with you. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

The pizza is just not very good. The crust is pre-made frozen styrofoam that they must get cheap from wholesale. Worst part though..When you get a Greek salad, be prepared to have one congealed hunk of feta cheese thats hacked off of a larger block and tossed onto the salad. Thats just terrible! What am I supposed to do with that. Break it up with my fingers? Get real man. Serve your customers properly. I think there was 3 olives in the whole salad. I wont be back.

Bad service. The first two times I went be this pizza shop the service was ok at best. They just came across as if they didnt want us there. While dining in we witnessed others receiving better service, but no big deal. On our third visit, the service was terrible. After screwing up the order two times, the manager/owner or whatever she is would not even let us know what was going on. She had some little come deal with it while she stayed in the back the entire time.

ordered delivery from here tonight and it was over an hour for delivery and we live maybe 5 minutes from the restaurant. We had to call twice to check on it and the response was "Its on its way." Once it finally arrived - we were missing an item so I called again. The rude owner said "the ticket shows one - would you like to order another one now". Idiots taking orders and running the business. NEVER AGAIN.

We order pizza delivery about once a month. Weve gotten pizza from almost every place in town, and of all the joints in this area, this is the worst. They said it would take an hour, and it did, but the pizza was room temperature. The special pizza we got wasnt very good and the bread sticks were dry and flavorless. You can do better for the same price.

We have visited Gondoliers Pizza countless times over the years. Never had a bad experience and have never been treated rudely. Their pizzas are great and you get 2 for one! (Who ever assumed their employees were undocumented workers made quite an unfounded assumption - how the he-- do they know what the status was?)

Chris and Christine really do make this the best pizza place around here. Great food but more importantly its like the TV show CHEERS. Everybody knows your name. My favorite is the buy one get one pizza. And no joke...their pizza rocks. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.
