Wow, love that this placed moved here. Never heard of them before, first time I went in the line was out the door. Its basically Italian Chipotle. Which isnt a bad thing! And unlike chipotle, they offer more than just "Burrito" or "Burrito without the shell". The titular "Piatas" they sell are pretty good, but its easy to make one that doesnt taste good. Resist the urge to put everything in it - youll get something much better if you mix and match the right stuff! Such as the bean salad is served ice cold, which I found very jarring when paired with the hot or room-temp ingredients I had put with it. What really won me over though was the pasta. Unlike Chipotle, the "bowl" option is served with Angel Hair pasta instead of just the ingredients by themselves. They give you a TON of pasta for the price, and its easy to make a very filling meal last for leftovers with their portions. You can also get salads, which Ive not had yet but look wonderful (Romaine blend or spinach, you choose what goes in and they give plenty of salad-friendly options too). Some food is cooked-to-order so it might take longer to get through the line than Chipotle, such as the crispy chicken. I also love that they have a small specialty menu that offer stuff you normally dont get in the assembly-line (such as crispy calamari piata, or meatball carbonara pasta). I hope they rotate these out on a monthly or seasonal basis, just to see what they cook up next. Service was excellent. Everyone there looks like they enjoy their job and its always great to interact with, even when stress is high during busy hours. I dont know if they are just well paid or hired very selectively (or both!), but it shows. Price is also excellent. Its slightly more than Chipotle (about 50c higher depending on what you get), but theres a wider selection and everything (pasta, piata, salad) follows the same flat pricing. I know with the pasta I get more than my moneys worth. Salads are a MUCH better deal than Panera too, considering you can get a similar variety of ingredients at the same quality at a much less exorbitant price (though Panera is cheaper if you get a basic salad). Such as having a Salmon salad with everything you can imagine on it as much as you want (except the salmon itself) for around $8, or a chicken salad for $6.85 or so. This has gotten way too long, I rarely review anything so I felt compelled to give a good one I guess. Honestly, I give it five or ten years before we start seeing Piatas everywhere around the country and not just in Ohio, like weve seen happen with Chipotle and Panera. I certainly welcome it!

Anyone who seriously thinks this place is good needs a reality check. Tried this location and the one by wsu a few times. The chicken is such poor quality. Its off in color and appears almost pink due to them purchasing chicken from a supplier that uses young chickens. The sauce is bland. The stupid garlic tortilla they give you is literally soaked with butter/grease. Pasta is typically not much warmer than room temp. They must also not use much olive oil when boiling the pasta if any because it sticks together in a ball. I suggest making your own pasta at home especially consisering two people will cost 20 bucks. Only thing cool about piada is watching their 500 lb district manager drive around in his piada clown car. Obviously they have a good sense of humor.

This Piada is so cute and everyone is always so nice! Last night I was there with my fiance and he asked for a salad with steak. He requested no pink in the steak, and after paying we waited at the end of the counter. It took probably 10 minutes or more for them to get it ready, which we completely understood. We had made a special request about an hour before closing, and we werent in any rush anyway. We werent at all upset, but when we received our food they gave us a coupon for a free meal the next time we stop in :) it was so unexpected and thoughtful of them.

Piada Italian Street Food is a great place to visit for a light meal. The main offerings are piadas (like wraps) and pasta bowls. Both are delicious. The piadas come with multiple selections of proteins and veggie combinations. The pasta bowls offer similar protein choices and toppings. Both are delicious. One item of particular interest is the Italian soda that is on tap. Its delicious! Seating inside is ample of a medium sized group, but, it can be a little noisy as the restaurant is very popular. Seating outside is cafe style, and very nice.

Stopped here on a whim b/c we wanted to try something different. We were both very impressed. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We both ordered the calamari piada but mine was made to order. The piada wraps were incredibly light but they held together very well. The calamari was nice and crisp as were the veggies. We also ordered the cheese piada sticks. They were also light and crisp. I loved that the food wasnt greasy and heavy. Both my husband and I agree that we will be back.

What effects my food experience is the way the serving line pinches the tiniest portion of toppings and making me feel uncomfortable to ask for more, then throwing them in my bowl like their trying to rush me along. I am not a professional chef but I am a professional customer and I think their serving presentation is unappetizing in a world where presentation is EVERYTHING!

1st time visiting. Food was amazing. Advised the young lady it was my 1st time and she was really short and dry with me and my party. Mylisa and the other young lady who was at front making food, needs a little more customer service training, furthermore diversity training..

We ordered pasta, with all the delicious toppings! The chef separated the artichokes for us upon request without hesitation. Its very clean, and a lady came around and pulled our trash from our table while we finished our meeting. Food is SO FRESH!

Not bad, however nothing really went right. Very "eh". Ran out of a lot of items. Certainly not the worst dining experience I have ever had. Certainly not the best. Employees didnt seem happy to be there but not terrible service.

One of the worst piada. How do you screw up a Chipotle style restaurant. Didnt have veggies ready. Didnt make the calamari when called for it to back. Then argued with me when they gave it to another customer. Never again.

Piada is the worst restaraunt I have ever been to! I sugest you do not go there unless you want to throw up. I found a huge chunk of hair in my food and left withought saying a word. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

Great food! So delicious! Its like Chipotle for Italian food. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the vibe is a lot like Chipotle so I knocked off a star for lack of complete originality.

This place is cute, but in general the food is too spicy for me. Also the servings are very heavy on pasta and light on meat, and flavor. There are only one or two things on the menu that I like.

I usually love it and havent had it in a while. They ran out of large bowls and werent substituting anything in place of it? No one willing to compensate anything for being out of the bowls.
