As a person with gluten intolerance this would not be my choice but one particular day the boss was taking us out for lunch. Upon arrival I asked the hostess if they had a GF menu and they didnt. She said they could do a plain grilled chicken breast...eh. But! Once I got to the table and the waitress knew I couldnt have gluten, things changed. I asked about the tomato bisque and she went and asked the chef and said it wouldnt be safe, so I went ahead and ordered a grilled salmon which they were great about putting all things on the side (lemon butter sauce) and not doing the "crumbs" stated on the menu. But, while we were waiting, she brought out a yummy soup that the chef had specially made knowing my limitations! I was floored! It was a chicken broth with red peppers, carrots, celery chicken and spinach, very yummy! The salmon was great too. All in all their food is a bit salty for my palate but the service was fantastic! So nice to feel special and like they knew what I needed!

Going Going Gone. Used to be great, now, not so much. Was the worst dining experience that I have had lately. Sat down tonight at the bar, sat there for a good 5 minutes or so and had to ask for a beer....there were maybe 4 people besides us at the bar. Beer was served above room temperature so had to send it back. The girl that was bartending was too busy socializing to actually work. I ordered a new dish, prosciutto wrapped cod, was way over done and tough. Wife order pasta woozy. Food was warm, plate rocket hot, pasta dry with little to no sauce left after living under the warmer. Asked for a little more sauce, asked a second time, finally got it. Chuys just opened up across the plaza from them. The bartender laughed when I asked if she thought it would hurt their business. I will go to Chuys next time or P.F. Changs across the street. Chuys may not have hurt them but this bartender and the mediocre food has. Done with Bravos.

We had reservations for a group of 25 in a private room follwing a burial in a nearby cemetery. It took 25 minutes before they took drink orders and they only had one server handling the group of 25 for the first 45 minutes. We were in the private room (nearest the kitchen) and it took over 90 minutes before the first plate of food arrived. On several occasions I had to go find a server to get drink orders refilled. IT WAS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN A RESTAURANT. THEY CERTAINLY DIDNT EARN THE 20% GRATUITY WHICH IS AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO THE BILL. Well never go back!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Day Manager, Bob, was clueless.

I have several food allergies, and usually this Bravo is pretty accommodating, however on my visit Saturday evening this was definitely NOT the case. My first plate came out with cheese - oops! Try again. My second plate came out with pasta - oops - not even an attempt to make it right. I ended up paying $35 for a meal I couldnt even eat. I think they were seriously understaffed. The service was slow, and the serving area looked like a tornado had gone through. Ill be calling ahead to speak to a manager before I visit again.

Bravo is a chain restaurant but it was very good and the service was great! We started with appetizers which included the Crispy shrimp Napoli and chicken spinach & Bacon Flatbread both of them are wonderful. I had one of the best Sangria I have ever had for my beverage and chicken & Pesto spaghetti for my main course. I would have to say I would have liked if the spaghetti had a bit more sauce, but it was very good. I really enjoyed the staff, décor was beautiful, and the food was great.

This AMAZING restaurant hosted our Grandmas 75th birthday lunch!! 7 of us have serious food restrictions, and they accommodated us with great eagerness! There were at least 30 of us and all of our orders were perfect. Extremely professional service. My uncle brought a guitar and we played a few songs (we were there at 11am on a Sunday and there were only like 2 other people there). We had a BLAST and were sooooo impressed with the service. Bravo, thank you, thank you, thank you!!

First timers here. What an amazing atmosphere! We were seated in a very private location. My finance and I had the most AMAZING ITALIAN meal, ever. I cant say enough good things about the food, quality, quantity, cocktails were well made not, over priced fruit juice. But, what really set them appart was the excellent customer service from Suzanne. She was so kind, fast and personable. We will definitely be back. A++++++++++

This is the worst restaurant we have ever been! We made the reservation. But when we arrived at the restaurant on time. We were asked to wait for 10-15 minutes. When I asked why, we were told that there were walk-in people in front of us. Then what the heck the reservation means?! It doesnt make any sense at all!!! This is the worst Brovo restaurant in Cincinnati!!!

This is not an authentic Italian dining experience. If youre looking for a chain restaurant with American comfort food that is inspired by Italian cuisine then this is the place for you. The food was generic and the interior decor was cheaply made and tacky. The front of house and wait staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

MAN this place has gone downhill. I ordered my old stand-by, chick parm, and couldnt finish it. The texture of the chicken was like dry, tough pork that had been cut the wrong way. And not even a whole breast. The sauce was about room temperature. As always, the chopped salad was great. It ended there, though.

The food is usually fantastic (and just plain good the rest of the time). The service ranges from okay to great, but everyone is real friendly and helpful. They have (had?) one or two servers who arent the best, but overall the staff is great. Best value is the ravioli appetizer during happy hour. Its awesome.

Excellent experience here. Our server was very sweet and attentive. The food was served hot and fresh, and was delicious to boot. Only complaint is that our entrees took a bit long to come out, when the restaurant was almost empty. Overall, though, we left very happy.

The food was to die for! The service was outstanding. The decor is beautiful. The mixed drinks - well, they make you drunk. Whats not to love? They really know how to make first-time customers feel like royalty. Theyve most certainly earned our repeat business.

Weve eaten here several times, it is my favorite Italian place. The service is always great, and the food is always fresh and cooked to perfection. The only time we ever had an issue, the manager went above and beyond to make up for it. Highly recommend.
