Absolutely horrid customer service and wait time. We ended up sitting for almost 25 minutes just waiting for our drink orders to be taken. The waitress who is an older blonde lady kept talking with all of the regulars around the restaurant while we sat and waited. After 25 minutes our drink orders were taken but it took another 20 minutes to get them to the table. And every time she walked by our table she would say be right back she wouldnt even let us order food. But she had enough time to sit and talk with the table behind us for 10 minutes about how she cant drink wine because she was laying on the ground and pain with kidney stones 2 days ago. Like what kind of customer service is that? So I went to the counter determined pay for our three soft drinks. The person at the counter asked what was wrong I explained the situation she said she was sorry while our waitress stood behind her and rolled her eyes. They refused to let me pay for the drinks and I got the kids and went out the door. There was never an apology for the waitress and almost an hour went by and we never even got a chance to order food. Also my co-workers daughter worked at the restaurant for 2 weeks back in 2014. They let her work there for two weeks and then never paid her. Shes currently in the process of filing against him with the Department of Labor.

This was my first time here, and I came in response to a recommendation of a friend. The service was good- our server was friendly and attentive. Food arrived in a timely manner. I ordered the Chicken Salerno special, which included a house salad, tomato barley soup, and garlic rolls. My noodles were very over-cooked and watery, which caused the sauce to be watery. The only flavor on the plate was the melted cheese coating the otherwise bland chicken. The tomato barley soup of the day tasted as though it were from a can. I did like the garlic rolls, but not enough to dine there again. The pricing wouldnt have been unreasonable if the food were better. I wont be recommending Deromas to anyone, and was very disappointed.

This was the best Italian I think I have ever had. The soup of the day (I have no idea what it was) was delicious, I couldnt quit eating it (even though my husband had ordered it for himself!). I ordered the special of the night (Ziti w/ marinara). It was homemade and delicious. My husband ordered the Eggplant Rollatini and he loved it. I tried some of his and could see why! I cant wait to go back and try the Alfredo next! I also plan on bringing any visiting out of town family here from now on! Id also like to add the servers were EXTREMELY polite, kept our drinks filled easily, and were wonderful!

They have the Best pizza in Dayton and top 5 Ive had across the country. It is the closest thing Ive seen to New York style in the area, but with their own twist of cheeses. (Comparing it to Beavercreek Pizza Dive and Flying Pizza which are both OK). They also have the best sauces in Dayton on their pastas. I suggest the baked ziti with meat sauce or lasagna. The owners are terrific. I usually get it to go. They sometimes are under staffed and service can be slow if you dine in, so be patient its worth the wait.

Absolutely great food and service, a hidden gem. Wondeful, -authentic- Italian dishes made FRESH daily. With one side of the menu with standard faire, and the other being a pricy but HUGE portion size dinner menu. These guys and gals are always excellent at waitering and the chef is helpful, willing to work with you, and never skimps out on what other restaurants with higher pedigrees refuse to do more than sprinkle on. They have a customer for life.

Quality Italian place: velvety marinara sauce, great portion sizes, excellent flavor and ad much cheese as you want. Great sit-down reatruant with the price as cheap as a fast food place for a standard plate. The only way your meal would be expensive is if you also had wine. Design and decorations were the only flaws. Great place, excellent service, will go again.

This was my first trip here. My wife convinced me to try it out and Im glad I did. The food was fantastic, the server was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the prices are very reasonable. I dont usually leave reviews, but I was very happy with my experience at this family run restaurant.

THE BEST BY FAR!!! I had the Eggplant dish and it was amazing! It was also the first time I had ever had eggplant. Our server was very nice and gave really good service. If you have not been there you are def missing out on some very good Italian food! Make it your next night out :-)

Got my order wrong called and told owner about it he was very nice, asked if I wanted to come back so they could fix it I said no. I ate what I could got so sick almost had to go to hosp. Diarrhea & dehydration. Probably just a fluke. There was a cup of water in my noodles.

Food was very good. Service was poor. Service was slow & people at our table got food long before others. My poor grandson 5yrs old was the last person served. Kids dont understand when adults are eating the same dish they ordered 15 mins before they get their food.

Fresh ingredients, great recipes, and fantastic people! We always enjoy our Deromas experience. The Eggplant Rollatini is my go to pasta dish, but their Sicilian pizzas are fantastic as well!
