i have worked at a coupl paneras and this one is my favorite. if you see people joking around its because that place is full of friends. i loved it there because of the quality they served. pretty and tasty. people complain about the price, and i dont get that. if you want cheap with poor quality, go to places with dollar menus. if you want very reasonably priced with above quality ingredients go here! it costs panera a lot to get the quality they have. got to make a profit! and about the running out of bread and bagels. there is no way to know buses are going to pull up and buy them and then people come in yelling at panera because they should have a physic on staff..then ten people in a row buy five loafs each, it happens. panera prepares and bakes everything sameday. people can only do so much. i will share a secret though. if you call ahead, they can save it for you and sometimes even make a special one!

This location is by far the worst experience Ive had at a panera bread, and I eat at Panera bread almost weekley. It is absoluetely disgusting here, 0 tables are clean and I MEAN 0, and there is food/garbage/debri littering the floor of the entire place. The dirty dishes are overflowing, they are out of half of the teas and have a very limited soup selection compared to other Panera breads, when I asked to speak to the manager about my soup bowl being almost the same size as my cup, she argued the portion size to me im front of other customers instead of correcting the order. Spending $30 to eat in a dump and get argued over what "looks like a cup size but isnt " is ridiculous

The people who work here are awful! Ive never had a bad experience at Panera (I love the food!) But this was terrible. There was no one to help me for 5 mins (the manager stood around talking with employees) everyone moved so slow, and when I went to pick up my food the manager was standing in my way. I said "Excuse me", she just gave me a look, handed me the food, and went back to talking to another employee. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Im very disappointed.....

I came in a few days ago and the service was phenomenal. When I walked in, I was hit in the face with a wonderful aroma of baked goods and savory cafe food. Then, I was greeted by a group of lovely cashiers with a special attitude about them. I ordered a few bagels and soup to-go, in which I simply had a difficult time stopping myself from devouring everything. I will be back soon!

Horrible. its only this location that has this issue. they can not get an order right, even with 12 people working behind the counter. The manager needs to sit down with each employee and see if they comprehend the menu behind them. this has happened to not just me but fellow co-workers and friends multiple times.

I loved it. The food, the service, the courtesy...everything was so wonderful. I was rung out by Monica in the bakery and she was an absolute sweetheart! She helped me figure out exactly what I needed. I have had similar experiences every time I visit, with all of the staff. What a great location! A must visit.

This is the worst Panera location. Theyve forgotten large items in my takeout order twice in a row now. Food is great, if they give it t you. If you decide to try this location, eat on site, because youll almost certainly have to get them to correct missing items in your order.

Terrible service . I ordered chips and whole west roll on the side and they give me French baguette . My sandwich was not grilled how I asked and manager didnt care when I complain. Worst Panera ever.

Busy burger and bar place, yes, you can order a medium rare burger, which is getting harder to find, friendly wait staff, full bar, sports on the TVs, not expensive, good value
