When my wife and I walked in at 10:15 pm. We waited to be seated for 10 minutes and it was on a slow Monday night so their is no excuse. I have worked in restaurants for years so I know that seating two people doesnt take that long ever. What got me the most was the fact that two of the Ihop employees were just sitting in a booth not five feet from us and they just sat there looking at us.They didnt care to tell us please wait or anything.So we eventually had to just leave after waiting 10 minutes and the employees just staring at my wife and I like we didnt matter to them.So we decided to just go to Dennys instead and by the way Dennys was great like always and its right around the corner.I will just go to Dennys next time.Its a cleaner restaurant and the atmosphere is way better there.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Waiter was very nice. She seemed to be happy. BUT, as soon as I walked in I knew this wasnt the place to have breakfast at 6am. We are currently on a road trip and my husband was starving so we go to our first choice--IHOP. To begin with, as soon as you walk in it stinks! It doesnt smell the way that a clean IHOP should smell. The cook does not look "professional." He was still half asleep and had hair all over the place. Well, of course he did. As my husband was taking his first bite of omelet, he found Hair in this eggs! First and last time going to this IHOP while Im here in Florida.

After a poor experince decided to try this IHOP again....food was great as before but service sucks....took 7 minutes to get a cup of coffee, while a table of 4 had their bev before me and came in after me....yeah my server sucked.....food took half the amount of time it took to get a bev,,,,server never checked back on my order.....manager in the office entire time so has no clue as to whats happening in his store...servers talking crap about other servers and yes Diane your lucky to get any tip at all as a tip is for SERVICE not going thru the motions......

Ignored Service on 3/4/2017 for breakfast. My wife and I went to the IHOP off of Hwy 50 and got seated by a pleasant hostess. Then we were ignored and sat in our booth for over 13 minutes and nobody came by to take our drink orders and food orders. Since we were ignored we told the staff and left. We went ]o Dennys located down the street and got seated, drinks served and food arrived in 10 minutes. We told the manager of Dennys about their great service and how we were ignored by IHOP down the street. Eat at Dennys and not IHOP.

Being "local" we go here at least once a week. The group as a whole are fantastic; only difficulties are when they are training new wait staff. They make us feel like part of a "family". Our food is to our satisfaction ( they know my favorite by heart) periodically I have to change to keep them on their toes. So much more positive things I could say!! My grandsons dont even rattle them ( 4 & 2)

Waited for seat (no clean tables)... waited to give order sooooooo long..bland food and cold when it arrived. .didnt get our to go order at all...didnt get appetizers at all...she never put those orders in I guess... omg ouldnt wait to leave. And long wait for change when paying ckeck. Slow night and only 1 waitress.... Lovely nice people but wont be back.....

My mom and I ate here once. She had a bad meal and complained about it. Mine was fine. But she complained so much it felt like the entire staff was behind me trying to calm her down. I couldnt even enjoy my food its like I didnt exist. So I screamed "Im batman!" and whooshed away. (this is of course when Nolans batman just came out.

Server was good but had some good good and old soggy onions on my burger a small piece of black lettuce and both my wifes and my burger bun was stale. We ate it because we waited 45 min, but the vegetables and bun made me wonder whats going on in the kitchen. I have never gotten soggy old onions or a stale bun like that before.

I cannot give it 5 stars because it usually seems kind of dirty and getting to-go orders is a hassle. Nobody ever knows who takes the orders so you usually have to wait but somehow once we get our food the orders are almost always right. Service for dine in has always been pretty good and the food has always been great.

We had to wait for about 15 minut, it being Sunday and understandably busy, but when we got seated we had to ask 3 times for silverware. The last time we asked we had already had our food and the server put silverware on the tables that where empty! The food was ok but service made the entire experience a bad one...

I dont ever leave reviews but I felt this needed to be said. The food was great, prompt and warm. Greg was one of the best waiters Ive ever had. I never even almost ran out of drink and he had multiple tables and was rather busy. Hes very pleasant and warm and I could tell he is a good person just by his service.

Waitress was not very friendly. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. After being served she never came back to ask how it was. She basically took the order and served the food and have us the bill. I have eaten here before and it wasnt like this. I gave it one star because there wasnt a lower mark to give.

Went there for dinner 13 Apr, 2013. Food was very good, except - we got food poisoning. Couldnt get out of bed the whole next day. Suspect the sour cream we were served was not properly handled, but it could have been the salad. Watch it if you go there - the quality control is questionable!

I order it the breakfast sample and pretty much jam and bacon were burned, egg was full of oil nothing that looks like the nice picture of the menu I wish I could post the picture of what I was served. I left 75% of the food and the waitress didnt even bother to ask why? Bad experience!!

Awful customer service. Spent 20 minutes waiting for waiter to take the order. But nobody came, when I called the waitress to ask "whatta hell? " they told that they are serving other customers, even though we came first. To tell, that Im disappointed is to tell nothing.

I am not from the US so I am not used to these massive portions and it was just all too much... The waiters are very attentive and very nice... They can adjust the meal to fit you and its priced reasonably well, if you are on a diet then there is a limited choice of food.

We had a certificate for a free meal cuz we had a bad experiance. What do u know we had another bad experiance. First our meal came out before our appetizar. Then the food was cold and we had no silverware to it with. So by the time the silverware came the food was nasty.
