New owner -0 service Weve followed this Bagel World through its different locations. The food and service has always been great. Not now! Banner out front says "New Owner" All the signs and posters are gone, the menus have been reprinted (BEGEL World? Really?) When I asked for the classic eggel bagel I just got a blank stare, so I ordered ham, egg cheese to make it simple. The found man behind the counter told me it was going to be a while, all his knives were in the sink. I told them I was in a bit of a hurry, he said he guessed he could get one knife. I thanked them for the effort and left. Customer service really isnt a priority, the prior owners welcoming atmosphere is gone.

I went in at 12pm, after checking the website, that clearly said that they were open until 2pm. Saw all the bagels in the display case in bags. The girl told me, sorry, but we decided to close early today. So, not only did they close early, but the bagel I wanted was right in the display case, she refused to sell it to me. That, and I guess instead of making a sale with fresh bagels, they are going to be selling those bagels for the next day. Nice, just what I want a days old stale bagel. Wont be going back anytime soon. They Dont Deserve Any stars, But I Have To Give One In Order To Make My Complaint.

Bagels were pretty good size, but did not taste fresh. The strawberry cream cheese is little to be desired - tastes more like regular cream cheese than strawberry flavor. 8 carrafes but only one had coffee in it. Next time, I will gladly drive the 3 1/2 miles to Rockledge or Merritt Island to visit Dunkin Donuts.
