I looked on the internet at 6:35 pm to see what time you closed and discovered you closed at 7pm. I arrived at your store around 6:50pm. I tried to open 1 door and it was locked so I tried the second door.It to was locked. Your staff consisted of 3 persons that I saw-2 males ,one of which was mopping the floors and the other counting the money. The female was preparing some doughnuts presumably for herself and/or the others. I knocked on the door several times and no one paid any attention to me. I then called and all I got was your recoding with your hours of operation-what a joke!! Other people were also there before your supposed closing time. I have been to your business several times and a month or so ago I got there just before closing and had no problem. I enjoy your doughnuts and the one in my town has not yet opened so I enjoy getting them here. The employees you had tonight are of poor quality and work ethic or had they been instructed to close early if they were not crowded?

Good idea, poor execution. In the end the donuts were fantastic, however everything before that 1 minute of happiness was frustrating to say the least. There was only one cashier despite the line being out the door (there were 2 registers fyi). On top of that, the people who were actually making the donuts would stop what they were doing to talk to each other. Very frustrating to watch the little effort they put in. However, I cant complain because the 3 donut makes were able to keep up with the orders that went through, although thats probably because there was only one cashier. The whole process seemed extremely inefficient. So, after waiting 45 min in a line that couldve been much, much smaller, we finally got our donuts. They were very, very good.

Outstanding!!! We all know their donuts are second to none, but their customer service is phenomenal. I sought the manager, Kerry, to ask if we could buy 7 dozen donuts for a church event just two days later. She was more than happy to and spent 30 minutes with me on 1 of their 2 registers, offering advice and suggestions and even giving me a Maple Bacon donut to try, ALL while the line grew out the door. Duck Donuts has won my family!

Kinda like Subway... But for donuts. Yep, you create your own donuts by picking the flavor, icing, toppings, filling, and you can watch as they make your order fresh right in front of you... and they were super friendly. The only downside I saw was one that seems hard to avoid. The donuts are made fresh to fit your order so they are still warm when you get them and the icing just melts everywhere... get lots of napkins.

I love Duck Donuts in Northern Virginia, but this location was a huge disappointment. There wasnt a line but it took forever to order because the cashier knew NOTHING about what was available for peanut allergies which threw off the one order Im front of us. We ordered, but the people behind us with more donuts were served first. There were no napkins and the place was a mess/dirty. Donut tasted great though!

Horable service, waited outside till the guy was good and ready to open the store. 4 ppl waiting outside while he walked around inside not caring at all about the time he was supposed to open. One guy left peeved off. We waited 24 minutes before he was good and ready to open the doors. At that he still wasnt ready. Piss poor service takes away from a decent product.

Stopped there on the way back home to get some of their Donuts, it was about 6:45 and they are suppose to open at 6:30 but were closed. There were people getting stuff ready so we knocked on the door to find out how long it would be they just ignored us, we waited a few more minutes, knocked again got ignored again so we left, very unprofessional!

Donuts are good, if you like vanilla cake donuts (dense, not flaky). Give yourself an hour, from the time that you enter, to wait in line and place your order...then receive your donuts. Hold on to your receipt, in case they lose your order...They lost our order and used our receipt to make our donuts.

I called yesterday and asked if they have vegan options, the man mistakingly said yes. I went today (a trip from Bluffton) and they didnt have donuts. An (different) employee was super apologetic and gave me a drink on the house. The atmosphere was lovely and the man was super kind.

Donuts are amazing and not really expensive either. This was my first time at a Duck Donuts and loved it! I was expecting the donuts to be more expensive so I was pleasantly surprised. Only about 30 cents more than I pay for the premade frozen ones at Dunkin.

Neat concept. You can watch the donuts being made and pick your glaze, toppings, and a drizzle. Ate them hot off the press. $1.30 each. Cheaper than ice cream for your sweet fix. Could see it being a long wait on a busy day due to customization options.

We love duck donuts but this location needs work. It seems as though the ladies preparing the donut simply dont care. They were slow and unmotivated. It took over 15 mins to get a half dozen donuts with only one family in front of us.

Always good! The donuts were amazing but honestly the whole inside needs a face lift. We have been to the one in Virginia and it was beautiful and clean and light but this one is kinda dark and seemed dirty. But great donuts!!!!

A surprise find! Best donuts I have ever had. You can watch the donuts being made. The donut itself is very light and tasty even without toppings but ome can customize with a wide selection of glazes and toppings!

Customer service is an absence in this place, teenagers without supervision just having fun, is not the kind of first impression u want for a business. My ticket was misplace so the waiting was ridiculous
