ANOTHER EDIT... for the 5 STARS. I Was there with my sister and "MAY and Jessica" took care of us. "MAY" recommended for me to add cheese to my eggs and swore they tasted good with ketchup.....she was RIGHT..... She also told us of the specials and about new items on the menu. Even tho the FIRE ALARM went off as we were finishing up , they were careful to let all know we were safe. ... I wish I could do separate reviews instead of editing because I feel this should be moved to the top and responded to :) ----------------------------------------------- We come here every Sunday after church...the wait time is a bit long 15-20 mins but expected on Sunday brunch . It was a bit frustrating when we had been seated then asked to move to the back section ,but we ended up with a terrific waitress named Kiera ( or takiera ) . As busy as they were we were well served and checked upon often. Food was great as always and i look forward to next week...all the wait staff are great and I need to mention another waitress who waited on us the last two times before and even took a picture of my dad and I . ( those times we were seated in the half booth half table against the wall that backs up t o waiting area. Just wanted to put in my good review since many are quick to complain about something instead of taking the time to compliment. The only thing I would perhaps change is adding a table kioske ? om each table so that you could pay that way instead of having to stand in line to pay.

Stopped by for my first-ever lunch at the Cotswold location and was very impressed by our waiter, Lamonte, who was knowledgeable, attentive, accurate and pleasant. It was obvious that he knew the menu well, and offered valuable insights while we were ordering. He didnt need to write our order down for our party of four, and everything arrived promptly and as requested. Water glasses were continuously topped off so quickly that we scarcely knew he was there. Above all, he was quick with a laugh or a smile and eagerly engaged us in conversation. The food was good, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize excellent service we received from this gentleman.

We had someone flying in late. I checked all around for places open, checked hours, read reviews and drove out of the way to this location. Awful. They were slow to seat us even with hardly anyone there, never refilled our drinks even once, food was very slow @ 30+ min, and only thing good were the pancakes, the bacon and eggs were burned/dried out. They stating sweeping all around us in what appeared to be an attempt to close an hour earlier than posted. Manager rang us up, never asked "was everything OK?" They didnt say anything, just looked at us like "get out."

Pues es un lugar con buena comida solo que nesecitan 3 hrs para poder comer aquí 1 para las bebidas 1 par ordenar comida y otra para que te traigan tu orden y si tienes suerte te traen lo que pediste yo creo que deverian permitir que los clientes se atiendan por si solos seria más rápido

I have been going to IHOP for a long time but this was the worst experience at any restaurant ever!! Before even being seated, the server asked about our drinks, our orders were not brought out right and we had to ask him to refer the menu. We were not asked for refills or anything else we needed. Seemed like the server was totally lost in his own world. And this was at the least busy time. Will never go back here. Extremely disappointed. To top it all, u r not supposed to stare how much I am tipping!

the customer service is always great but reccently i have been ordering chocolate chip pancakes and they come out chocolate with out any chocolate chips? is this a new thing? i dont know if i need to say to add the chips or if the waiters/ waitresses are hearing me wrong but its kind of upsetting. I think if waiters/waitresses clarify my orders this can be avoided. also my mom wanted bananas foster french toast and they gave her strawberry banana, we sent it back and they were very apologetic.

Ordered food, they brought me the wrong meal... Told me that I was wrong and gave them the wrong order... Then proceeded to bring me the wrong order AGAIN!!! So the manager says, "we have to charge you for something..." after I wanted to leave, and essentially threatened me for not paying for 2 plates that I didnt want. I paid nothing, walked out, and his feelings were hurt. This is an absolutely grotesque establishment.

Slow slow slow. The building wasnt even packed and it was 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Then when the manager finally noticed, he asked us why we hadnt been served. Like what? Try a different ihop before you come here. I havent received my food yet. Ill update my post once I make the necessary assessments. Update. So I got my food. My order was, of course, incorrect. Our waitress did not serve us well at all.

Best IHOP Ive ever been to. Server was polite, super friendly, and very sweet to my four year old daughter. Food was out super quick and tasted amazing. Everything was clean and looked nice in the restaurant. Manager was amazing when I forgot my card and was able to simply key in my info. I wish I lived in Charlotte to come here more often. Im really blown away with the overall experience. You wont be disappointed.

Very slow service, poor quality service, all our food did not come out. Our girts were so cold the butter never melted. Never once refilled our drinks, never brought out napkins. Never eating here again and probably not at another ihop for awhile. And after our long wait the reset of our food came out cold. I had to change my review because after every the manager covered our bill. Added a second star for that.

I walked into the Ihop and immediately noticed a terrible smell then as were being seated the waitress dropped the menu and left it on the ground and continued to keep walking. Lastly we waited about 5 min for some type of service and nobody came and greeted the table as well as food left all under the table. I wouldnt recommend coming to this ihop.

Horrible service! I waited around for 45 minutes just to order food to go. I was looked at many of times and no one greeted me or even acknowledged that I was even there. I had to ask for a table so I can get some food to go. My waitress was amazing and apologized for everything but it wasnt her fault. The greeters need to be trained some more.

Called in my order & when I got there the wrong thing was made. So they wanted me to sit and wait, defeats the purpose of calling it in. I was so mad and had 5 minutes to get to work so I walked out with nothing. Really wanted that food but no time to wait. Its always something when you call in food never right or isnt made when you get there.
