Open 24 hrs but shake machine taken apart early. Waited in line at drive thru for a long wait, just to be told that as we were waiting she started to take the machine apart. So, not only couldnt we order but now youre trapped in a line of cars. The one car ahead of us was at the window for so long and seemed to be having an in depth conversation with the person working the window. If their was food still being prepared, they could have asked the car to pull forward so we could leave. But I guess not only do they not care about how bad their service is, but they are slso too lazy to bring the food out to a car. Ill remember to never stop at this location......and maybe just give up on Jack in the Box all together

We have just returned from this jack in the box. Not even half hour after being at this restaurant my wife is now ill. When we was there the place was dirty, mens toilets was worst Ive seen in a restaurant (doesnt anyone know how to flush?) My food: my 3 cheese & ham grilled sandwich that I was told would be without ham as I asked came with ham. My wifes: monster taco that was ordered without meat came with meat. For a place that is supposed to make stuff to order when you order it, this was not the case, the staff didnt seem to care and this will be the last time we go to ANY jack in the box. Just a complete waste of time and to make people ill from the food shows this place doesnt even deserve 1 star.

So RUDE I WENT THERE TODAY WAS GIVIN THE WRONG SANDWICH AND I CALLED THEM THE LADY HUNG UP WHEN I ASKED HER NAME AND JUST SAID TO CALL AND ASK FOR TRINITA SMH THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I JUST WANT MY ULTIMATE BACON SANDWICH THEY COULDNT EVEN GET MY ORDER RIGHT THEY NEED NEW EMPLOYEES AND POLITER STAFF THEY ARE ALWAYS WITH A BIG LINE IN DRIVE THRU AND GET MAD WHEN U ASK FOR KETCHUP OR SAUCE OR NAPKINS COME ON PEOPLE U SHOULD AT LEAST TREAT PEOPLE AS U WANT TO BE TREATED IM GOING TO CALL TOMORROW AND HOPE FOR A BETTER RESULT IM SO DISAPPOINTED 8$ MEAL RUINED

My first time ever trying the bowl. Loved it, delicious and not what I was expecting. After getting late night dinner from Harris blvd, all I wanted again was the bowl. Well Sunday I was able to go and get my heart desires. Totally wish I hadnt! OMG! Totally different from what I had from the previous night. However, this location was Cotswold. Horrible! Discussing! Not Satisfying! Should have known by the customer service!!!!! Thats always a dead give away. Will try again, but will have to drive further for betterment.

I am never going back to this Jack and the Box! They screw up my order every time I go there. They screw it up every time because the only people that work in the back are Latinos that don"t speak or let alone read the English language to get a single order right. How hard is it to put JUST CHEESE AND KETCHUP ON BURGER! Plus I went and order 3 burgers for my familys lunch and I got 4 burgers, where did yall learn to count. ITS NOT THAT HARD TO LISTEN TO AN ORDER AND GET IT RIGHT FOR ONCE!!!!!!

We were looking for a jack in the box late at night and chose this one based on the good reviews. My husband and i were the only customers in the drive thru and they were rude for no reason...they gave us burnt fries and my drink literally had no ice...this is the first time we have been to this location and we definately wont be coming back...it sucks when ur pregnant and craving something only to be dissapointed

Its a Jack in the Box. I only go through the drive-thru here, so I cant tell you about the inside dining experience. Very small parking lot, combined with busy traffic on the roads that border it, can make it difficult and time- consuming to get in and out of. The people at the drive-thru are pleasant and tend to get customers "thru" quickly. Food is that of your typical Jack in the Box.

Im not going to discriminate every Jack in the box because of one experience it wasnt bad i just didnt enjoy the food all too much i am a food fanatic eat mostly everything but i shy away from jack in the box because the food is greased up providing a pleasant experience and the food took 20 minutes to come out and overall i give it a 3 star rating.

Forget about eating here on a slow day, theyll give you old food. I used to go to locations in the west years ago, and the quality of Jack in the Box - not just this location, but other ones in other states - has gone down quite a bit. Only went to this location one other time on a busy day, and the food wasnt old but it wasnt that great either.

I wanted to give 4 stars, because we come here about 2-3 times a week and have for about a year. That said, the employees at this location are just awful. Both veterans and new hires are almost always unhelpful and short about anything that requires they do a little work. Good food, great prices, just bad employees at this store.

This place has to hire the DUMBEST people on the planet! My fiance and I ordered 2 CHICKEN sandwiches. One had a beef patty. The other was just some nasty, off menu waste off food. I was so appalled, I didnt even bother to go back to correct them. Thats the LAST time these highschool drop-outs get any business from me

Soap machine was broken in the mens room when I pointed it out to the manager she told me it was broken I replied by saying then how do your employees wash their hands after they use the restroom she rolled her eyes at me and walked away ended up having my son wash his hands in the ladies room will never go there again

It says online the business is open 24/7... We got back late from a trip and drove to get some food and they said the system is down... But really the two employees were just sitting outside smoking and doing nothing. They said it would be down for 30 more minutes and it is 4:20am... Doesnt make much sense to me.

Cold food, after 3 attempts still incorrect order and by far the most rude drive through worker Ive ever experienced. No way Ill be back. She actually said that I was holding up the time on her drive through. Wow.

This place deserves 0 stars. I sent my food back twice and they still didnt get it right and they were rude. They were out of everything such as lids ketchup etc. Dont eat there
