I stopped here for lunch when the place I wanted to go to across the street was closed. They have a nice long menu with lots of sandwich selections & a great list salads to choose from as well. A few tasty breakfast items you could enjoy all day too. I was there at 12:30 so right at the lunch hour rush I had to wait in line about 10 minutes no big deal. I placed my order for a veggie pressed sandwich on Cuban bread. I got a table and sat down and waited and then I realize I had been waiting a while. I look down at the time I texted somebody when I first sat down and it had been 20 minutes, so I got up to go ask if they knew it was taking so long for my sandwich since it wasnt busy anymore. She then assumed I was somebody they had been calling and I told her I never gave my name I just had a number and then I told her what I ordered and it took another 10 minutes for that sandwich so it was 30 minutes total for me to get a sandwich. I couldve chalked it up if I wouldve gotten an apology or of the sandwiches actually been any good. I get things happen but when I sit and see other people that sat down after I did get their meals and then I got no Im sorry took so long kind of rubbed her the wrong way and the sandwich just wasnt very good. Saving grace was price wasnt too bad. I dont know maybe 30 minutes to wait for a sandwich at that café is normal here but seemed a bit much for me.

Never really hit Moxies up before as there are too many great options downtown and weve been deterred by their "Wheres Waldo-like" mascot branding. We decided to get a couple of Italian sandwiches, and we were delighted to see that the meat was actually Italian-quality meat... like in th sandwiches you get up north, not the substitute mystery meat blends you get on most Italian sandwiches. However, correct me if I am wrong, I believe that you are supposed to remove the stems from the pepperoncinis before you hide them on the sandwiches you are serving. Pretty unpleasant surprise to get a stem jammed in your gums after that first bite.

Great service and great breakfast. I came there with my husband to get breakfast. My wife got the breakfast combo which came with a free coffee and a hash brown. He liked it a lot. I got the salmon bagel with a hot chai latte. Everything was great especially the chi latte. Not even Starbucks can make it any better then them. In their cafe they had also snacks and chocolate from all over the world where I found my favorite German chips. Awesomeness

Had to get our own menus and silverware. Waitress finally took our order but had her son hanging on her hip. Really? Were told our food was coming out right now two different times but still didnt arrive until 20 minutes later. I ordered the Ruben which is normally served hot but was cold??? The waitress said the meal would be compd but that didnt mean the continued crappy service and attitude was necessary. Never will go back there again.

Moxies is tops downtown Tampa, coffee, breakfast and even lunch you have to stop in. This place with its eclectic environment is sure to please all! The staff are exceptional, the coffee is like none around! Grab yourself a double shot espresso, of your favorite flavor add on an everything bagel with cream cheese, tomatoe and bacon (my own little invention). You wont be disappointed! Tell em Paul sent you!

This is my first time eating Moxies. (I got my food to go.) The place seemed pretty nice and welcoming inside though, so maybe Ill eat in next time. I got the "Say Cheese" sandwich with potato salad on the side. Both were excellent. Its not inexpensive, but that seems to be the norm for lunch downtown. Plus, the sandwich was pretty big. The girl who helped me was courteous and friendly.

It was extremely homey and I felt welcome right away with the rest of my party of 3. Delicous food and great options of exactly what people want!! Love this place and so glad I had breakfast here. Kinda makes me sad I live in MN and not right here in tampa. Also, the people who work here are very kind and are not afraid to tell jokes and talk. Lots of great conversation! Thank you Moxies!

Shout out to Lisa and Jen! The staff is super friendly/great service and the owners are such beautiful people. They go above and beyond to make it right. Lisa can brew up any tasty coffee you want with any flavor. She also knows everyone name that walks in thru that door. Open arms the minute u walk in. Great place to meet people and fellow workers. Food is tasty. Thanks gang!

It is a great little coffee shop that also serves breakfast and lunch and has a good assortment of fresh baked goods like cinnamon rolls, muffins, and cookies. My green eggs and Ham sandwich was delicious and a couple of people that came in after me and saw mine ordered the same thing because it looked so good. Also the sandwich is huge. Coffee was great too.

Had a Gyro, it tasted good, but seemed kind of small for the price. What I did not like was having someone cut in front because they were a regular, and were just picking up their order, oh and paying oh and getting a drink. Might sound petty but it annoys me, a lot. Needless to say will not be back.

Great, locally owned, coffee shop in downtown Tampa. The staff greets you by name and takes every care in making you the best cup of coffee - ever. Try their ECH - Egg Cheese and Ham pressed breakfast Cuban. It is delicious. If you are still hungry theres lots of hand made desserts to choose from.

Love my Moxies! The coffee, sandwiches, salads... oh my! Everything is prepared when ordered so you know its fresh. Coffee is amazing! Did I say amazing! Love getting something from the espresso bar here, the baristas are always willing to help you create something special. So many choices.

Ordered breakfast for myself and three co-workers, ordered online. My Healthy Breakfast sandwich had eggshells in it. My co-workers Scrambler was supposed to come with toasted Cuban bread, but did not. Other than that, everything else was fine. Id recommend checking your take-out orders.

I love their sandwiches! My 2 favorites are the Cuban & Olde Broadway! I also love the convenience of ordering online. I also love that you can call ahead of time to order and when you arrive, you avoid the line of people needing to order and walk right to the "pick up" register. :-)

3 stars for food, ordered a Cuban and the wife got a roast beef sandwich, got there just before noon and ordered, had to ask for food to go at 12:40pm as it still wasnt out, so I wasnt late getting back to work. But on a good note the food was good as we ate in the car on the way.

Fantastic food, my favorite here for breakfast is the lo carb scramble and lunch is the gyro pita. Also love the WiFi Waiter service that allows me to skip the line during rush lunch hours. Just connect to the WiFi and place an order from your phone, no app required!
