A carload of us tried to eat here after a long day swimming and hiking at the Dupont Forest falls. They were one of the few places in the area that were supposed to be open after 9p. IT WAS A COMPLETE JOKE! ! First, the dining room was supposed to be open, NOPE. Second, in the drive through, we were told that most of what we wanted to order was unavailable due to what I can only surmise is poor management and order skills. It was a Thursday and they werent going to be able to make burritos until Monday? After we had modified 5 out of 8 orders and were again told that we couldnt order something, we left to eat at Dennys. The Dennys was GREAT!!! Not only were they friendly and helpful, but we actually got what we ordered; you know, stuff off the menu! And it was completely disappointing as none of us had ever eaten at a Jack in the Box before and are looking forward to it. A terrible first impression!

Complete waste of time. I work a night shift and showed up at 6:47am, doors locked birthday they open at 6am, people inside but no answer at the drive-thru. I call and ask "what time do you open today?" Im told 7. Wait around until 7:05, doors still locked and STILL no answer at the drive-thru. Call again, this time Im told they open at 7:15. I ask if shes sure because I already waited 20 min for nothing. "Probably" will not be going back, ever. Does this location not have managers willing to work?? Ive gone other places in the morning only to find one cashier and one manager yet there they are serving customers.

I have reviewed this Jack in the Box in the past and gave them a scathing review. From food to service it was horrible and the worst J in the B I have ever been too. At that time the new district manager called me to hear about my bad experience. Well, a few months have passed and I figured Id see if anything had changed and I was pleasantly surprised. My food was hot, fresh and tasted great. Employees were friendly and engaging...so different from my last visit. Tables were being cleared and the restaurant in general was clean. Hopefully this a sign that the new management has turned things around.

Food is great here, however the drive through tends to be slow and they almost always get our order wrong. We ordered a burger with only cheese and ketchup. Expressly asked for no tomato or pickles. They not only put heavy tomato and then pickle on the burger but even charged us .20 extra for the tomato! After a 10 minute wait to get our food we were not happy. I give this place 4 stars simply because the food is great and the people that work there have been super nice..

If I could I would give them 0 stars. The amount of times they close at 11:30 when they are supposed to be open until midnight is ridiculous. Even though two weeks ago they were open 24 hours. Decide what hours your actually going to stay open so people dont drive 20 minutes to get a "Im sorry but we are done doing our job for the night ". Even when they were open 24 hours I would come and they would be closed for the next 45minutes. What a joke. Get new management.

I have been going to this jack in the box sence it opened the past four days I have stopped by for breakfast and no one is even there states on the door business opens at 6 am and several other times had other excuses of out of things on the menu or the grill is not working so they dont serve you thay are vary under staffed and vary poor management its the worst place I have been to in my life would not recommend this jack in the box to anyone

.Worst restaurant Ive ever been to. Maybe 5 customers in the store and very few in the drive through, and no ones order was correct. I was in the dining room and had to tell the lady 3times my order and waited 21 minutes on it. They lost two peoples order and my order was not correct. I ordered a chicken sandwich and clarified 3x i wanted it plain.. It was cold and loaded. I will never stop here again

Nasty i cant believe it 4 years ago that was good to eat went today it was crap cold fries burnt burgar the workers was not clean not even wearing gloves and one worker did went outside wearing the gloves did not change the gloves and waiting on food was crap the workers there rude not nice or anything that makes me not wont to eat out anymore i mean really

Would love it if they would be open late like theyre supposed to be. Its not cool having to drive up and realize theyre closer because theyre short staffed. In fact, being short staffed is not an excuse for where I work. And somehow when they are open it seems to take forever to get food and the managers there seem less than intelligent.

Says 24 hrs and theres always employees in the store for 3rd shift but the employees NEVER want to take your order and always says computers are done. When you complain about it the manager(john bruckner) for that store he ALWAYS makes excuses for his employees. NEVER will i go to this jack on box ever again. THEY SUCK!!!!!

Very understaffed, took 35 minutes to receive order, others customers waiting 30-45 minutes at 1:30 on a Sunday. Staff member *Chris* took our order and was friendly, also another employee *Sara* did come apologize and bring us a complementary cheesecake. Manager on staff was very unprofessional about the lack of service..

I was pretty bummed the last few times Ive been bc the ice cream machine was down. Even though they "re-vamped" this place and the service is available now ... it still isnt very good at all during late night service. The food still tastes like it is fried in the same oil all week long... And burnt at that.

Typically been a pleasant experience, not today...we ordered a new menu item, the manager missed the training, made it wrong 2 times...i had to tell them what was wrong with it, based on pictures and description on the sign. Then manager got an attitude when I explained again, that it was made wrong.

Ordered the Jack combo large with a coke. The fries were hot but the burger was cold and rubbery. I could not even chew it some my dog got to eat it. So I spent 8$ on curly fries and a coke. Used to get pretty good food, usually hot but with food that costs that much it should at least be edible.

Need one of these guys in asheville! I hardly ever go to hendersonville anymore! :D Its been a while, but when I used to go everything was really nice, great team, food and dinning room was clean. Need to stop by soon... Kudos.

Order was incorrect and presentation was awful. Tried calling and phone was never answered. Paid to have lettuce added to Sourdough Jack, not added. Sandwich was not toasted. Wait time in drive-thru was excessive.

Litteraly the past five times i have been in this area and have tried to order the chicken rice bowl they have been out of rice. I understand if it happened maybe once but the past five times come on now.
