On a weekend outing with my wife, we were looking for a unique culinary experience near to the Cigar City Brewing company and felt like looking for a smaller business than the nearby corporate giants. We found that and a delightful culinary experience here. Adjoining the BP next door, Curry Leaves is an unassuming restaurant that you could easily pass by unawares. A person could also choose to pass it up because of that fact. A person can also be making a big mistake in judging a book by its cover. Inside, one finds a cozy and handsome interior full of delicious fragrances and flavors. The bathroom is located in the gas station... I find that lent itself to the small establishments unusual charm. We both had the lunch buffet. Breads, salad, rice, lamb, chicken, vegetarian dishes, goat, and a couple of light desserts were available. Service was quiet, professional, swift, and unintrusive. Our waiter was always aware of needs at our table and on two separate occasions was so quick and quiet in action that he carried out tasks without being noticed. If youre in the area and looking for something unique, or Indian food, specifically, then you cant go wrong here.

Great little Indian buffet! I wasnt sure about this place since its attached to a gas station (easy to miss BTW) but I was pleasantly surprised! This is our new go-to lunch buffet option. Clean and nice simple decor. They have the lunch buffet 7 days a week (yep weekends too!) from 11- 2 or 2:30. Its not a large buffet but good quality and enough options. Butter chicken is tasty but I wish they would cook the chicken in with the curry and make it bone in chicken, its boneless white meat chicken and seems like they throw it in after the curry is made. Still very good. I also really like the goat curry they have, cooked with bones in, very tender and has a bit of a kick to it. Nan bread is fresh and seems homemade. They are at least 3 veggie options from what I can remember as well. Staff is friendly and very prompt in filling your water glass back up. They have even brought nan bread around when the buffet was empty and just had made up a fresh batch up so people didnt have to run up and grab it. My husband and I have been here at least 3 times and been very happy each time.

A true godsend. Luxurious spices. A functional atmosphere. Respectable service. I arrived having experienced a consistently horrendous day. Few words can accurately describe the absolute joy that flooded over me upon my culinary journey with Curry Leaves. The waiter was my safari guide, the chef was my trusty elephant gun, as I trudged through the decadent swamps in search of my ultimate prey: a pleasant end to the day. We weaved our way through the exotic expanse, uncertain of out route. The scenery was breathtaking: a veldt of cheese naan, foothills of samosas. Finally, we came upon a lone glade harboring our conclusion: succulent meats stewed in thick curries. Our trek had reached its end, and all were smiles. Also I had the mango lassi and that was totally wicked awesome... It was like a mango had a baby with a vanilla milkshake and that baby had then been injected with a syringe full of oxytocin.

Very poor service tonight. We arrived knowing exactly what we wanted and ordered immediately, about 10 minutes later another couple comes in after us. We notice they receive their naan after a few minutes and we still hadnt received ours. Half an hour after placing our order the couple beside us has received their entrees. I ordered a drink and after 35 minutes, no drink, no appetizers, no entrees. At this point my husband was fuming and ready to complain so I politely asked for our order to go. We usually do uber eats for this place but last time we came in person to the restaurant and we liked it but this time was awful. Ive never received service like that before. I suggest anyone else think twice before sitting down here.

Almost passed on this place because its attached to a gas station and seemed questionable. It was SO good!!! It is Very clean I side, so dont be scared. Staff was handling a ton of takeout orders, and the dinner rush. They misplaced our order but corrected it quickly. Even with the minor error, we waited as long as we would have at any other restaurant. They were polite and welcoming (even at the BP where the restroom is located) I am from out of town and a bit jealous this place is not by us :( I took a chance with this place, and it was worth it. I recommend the chicken tikki masala and naan. Order two dishes, bread and split it with your date. 10/10 Will come back next time Im in town.

I was very pleased with the butter chicken. I could have probably almost split this dinner with someone else if added an appetizer or two. The sauce was a good consistency not to thick Or thin. I took some of the mango chutney and mixed other with their mint chutney which mad it perfect. I thought the mango chutney was too sweet for my pleasure. It was a nice atmosphere but the lights were just a little to low for my tastes almost couldnt read the menu. The music was slightly louder than I would want for easy conversation. This was a very good value overall and will probably make it a point to stop in when in town.

Just got back from having lunch here and couldnt wait to rave about the experience. As someone who has only had Indian cuisine once and doesnt enjoy spicy food, I went in tepidly but left a believer. Their buffet has plenty of non-spicy (or medium-spicy) dishes, the wait staff was very courteous and not overbearing, our table and place setting was clean well-presented, and the food was excellent (try the tikka masala and their incredible naan!). I heartily look forward to dining here again and will be recommending it to friends.

Love it! The chicken biryani and dal makhani were splendid. Perfectly Indian. The Spice levels seriously mean those spice levels. I tried spicy assuming it would be like most Indian restaurants in the US. However by the end of the mail I was drenched in sweat. Yes, its a bit pricey, but the quantity offsets that. I wasnt able to finish the Biryani for example. I consider myself a glutton by the way! Bottom line being, Youll not go wrong trying this place. Be careful with spice levels.

Pleasantly surprised when you do not expect much from a restuarant located by the Gasoline station. It is mainly south indian place to eat. Though the interior reflects it is owned by Non-muslim, the owner claims all the meat they use is Halal. He even agrees to produce receipts and proof of purchase of meat. He sounds genuine. I however recomment to try veg dishes as south indian cuisine is at best when vegetarian.

UberEats order so cant comment on service but the food is fantastic! The lamb biryani was flavor and tender and the ahm wala chicken was rich with a great balance of savory and sweet. Nothing was extremely spicy. If there any drawbacks it might be that its the higher end of pricing for Indian food, and the naan could be bit softer buy everything was so satisfying that I will stick by 5 stars.

New Indian restaurant in an old location. The service was outstanding. My water glass was never less than half full. I had the lunch buffet. The price was good. I enjoyed everything I ate except the curried goat. It was just not to my taste. The matar paneer and aloo baingan masala were fabulous. Even the chicken in the tikka masala was good- not dry. I cant wait to go back.
