I placed my order and I wont lie I took a bit of time to place it (3mins total for 3 orders) and specified exactly what I wanted. When I got to the window the employee there had a rude look on his face and rolled his eyes when I gave him the money for my order. When I got my food I checked it only to find that my chicken was blackish as if it was the last burnt bits in the tray and one of my orders was incorrect. Now I get the whole bottom of the batch chicken situation but what really upset me was he took the incorrect order and just dumped the food back into the trays of fresh food. What if I had touched, coughed or sneezed on the food by accident? Your employee risked contaminating food and I am sure that breaks restaurant protocols. I wonder how many times that has happened and people havent noticed and got sick. Im debating asking for a refund. Your employees name was Ricardo.

When I went there was almost no food ready only crumbs of like everything the food tasted like garbage and online it shows it as this delicious place with lots of food and totally let me down then online says something about a tea bar that looked amazing and they dont even have a tea bar! And thats the main reason I was going the cream cheese ragoon was so dry it was mostly just the wrapper not even a teach spoon of cheese inside and it was crusty just a huge let down my first and last time there ! The noodles were also dry and just looked nasty and dirty and like the food was sitting there all day probably because no one goes there ... and I see why

Panda express is not the tastiest most exotic Chinese restaurant but if you want an easy, clean, fresh lunch its not bad. They have orange chicken and teriyaki chicken and will allow you to sample any dish you want. The plates are very large. My favorite dish is the honey shrimp. I would recommend checking your receipts when visiting Panda Express every receipt has a survey with a coupon for a free entrée if you buy a meal.

My visit here were kinda bad because the food I got at drive thru was cold and dry. It look like it had been sitting in the pan for hours. Not fresh. I came through their around 4:00pm. I will visit again maybe another location. They need to take the food hot and fresh at all times. Just saying.....Better food" more customers...

Drive thru attendants do not know basic math. The guy actually asked me how much change they owed me because the power went out and he didnt have a computer to rely on. They also messed up my order and gave me an attitude because I wanted my rice separate from my meat. I will be filing a formal complaint and will never return.

Food was okay, nothing special. Egg rolls are however downright terrible. Service and prices were good. Im not saying I wouldnt ever eat here again but it wouldnt be my first choice. I would recommend one of the Chinese takeouts in this plaza and the other across Waters instead.

FOOD POISONING! We went there and got food poisoning. Service was lacking and food was cold and looked like it was sitting out for hours. My family and I had to spend a night in the ER and going on almost three days of none stop diarrhea and vomiting.

The food is great here but the service is even better. These people get your order right EVERY TIME plus if you want a dish thats not on hand, theyll make it while you wait. Nice to have a spot like this to get takeout without any problems. A+++++++

Worst Chinese food I ever experienced in many many years! Very unfriendly also. Food wasnt even fresh! NEVER AGAIN! Mall food court Chinese food blows this place away, and that aint saying much!

Pretty standard fastfood joint, decent food at decent price. But nothing really stands out as far as food goes. Its a nice change of pace compared to the buger and fry places all around.
