Terrible experience (Not family friendly, no refunds, no remakes) The owner just cursed me out in front my wife, kids, and his other customers because I wanted a refund. when I didnt get what I ordered, i asked to get it made over. The courteous young lady at the counter informed me that the owner would not let her; I requested a refund and she told me nobody in the store is authorized to give a refund. She called him and handed me the phone politely. He identified himself as the owner and told me that he does not issue refunds. After explaining to him that I am entitled to my refund, i asked that I leave my address for a check to be mailed to me. Another family who observed what was going on exchanged information with me in case i needed a witness. After I refused again to get a check mailed to me and explained to the owner, he had me wait at the store for a while until he could get there. He issued the refund but used profanities towards me and asked that I get the (profane language) out if here and never show my (profane language) face here anymore. This is not how business should be conducted anywhere in the world, consumers have the right to good service or their money back. Kids should also never be subjected to the type of experience or language he exposed my kids to. Its definitely not a family friendly place.

What the other recent reviews state is accurate. The new ownership is in dire need of entry-level business and customer relationship management training. I arrived just as a previous reviewer, Carl S. was leaving. The owner was literally leaning out of the small order window, screaming and cursing at this gentleman and his family. I have never seen a business owner, let alone an adult act this way. Not knowing the full background on his story until I just read his review, we ordered and sat on the side patio. The scoop sizing appears to have been cut in half since our previous visits, just like some of the other reviewers state. The 2-scoop portion barely crested the top of my serving cup. However, the ice cream did taste just like I remember, which was creamy and delicious. In addition, the patio chairs were locked so tightly with a security cable that none of us could sit in them. Its sad that a place I have gone to for years with my young children is suffering from a lack of proper management operation. The younger employees that assisted us were very friendly despite the owners attitude. I hope they can turn the business around soon and I wish them luck.

As a long-time fan of Brusters, I thought Id treat myself. Nothing like a 32 oz handmade banana shake on a hot FL day. . Now...it cost $5.89 + tax. Yeah, pricey, I know. BUT... when it comes to shakes, I dont count pennies or skimp on quality. So, the first thing I noticed... the staff looks different. Okay, people move on no big deal. Next, it was definitely a MILK...shake...with a hint of banana. MILK should be in a bigger, bolder font, to accurately describe it. That was the thinnest...of all thin shakes... Ive ever had...in my shake-filled life! For $6, quit being so FN chintzy! Teach the b**** in the back how to make a damn Shake! Better yet, I hope you dont change a thing. Keep your same processes. SONIC! Why did I forsake you?!!!

Very bad customer service from management all he cares about is making money not how the customers are treated since taking over changed a lot of things upped prices and reduced portion sizes. For example stopped giving out free cups of water so customers have to pay for bottled water and did i mention the hair i found in my cake bc they refuse to follow health regulations and wear a hat or restrain hair while dealing with the icecream. Would never recommend anyone to come here since new management place went straight downhill which is sad because so many people loved coming with their families and now its a ghost town just sad.

I ordered thru UberEats at 9:45pm. UberEats said they were still open. Once my ice cream was delivered, I found a note from the owner that said, "Next time order before closing. We arent supposed to sell ice cream after 10pm"....ok...I DID order before they closed, so Im not sure why they felt the need to include that note. How about next time I just order from somewhere else. I had previously rated this place a 5 before (based off visiting), but after that experience I plan to take my business elsewhere.

Not a big ice cream fan here, but this place is great to take the family. A nice, small sitting area on the side is convenient, but close to the driving path, so youve really gotta keep an eye on the kids and dogs. Thats right, dogs too are welcome here with free (as of currently) dog cones with a regular order. Parking is usually pretty good, but on a hot weekend evening, you might be spot hunting for a few minutes in this Plaza.

There was a ton of people there with kids waiting for ice cream and an abundant staff that did not move fast enough. It seemed there was three or four people having conversations at the windows with customers and one person making the ice cream. I had to wait there for 15 minutes with my three year old getting eaten alive by mosquitos because the staff was inadequate at doing their job.

I am a fan of Brusters but since the ownership change I have noticed the portions getting smaller.. The place used to be packed but I havent noticed the same kind of crowds which is usually an indication of how the business is run.. just speculating. Dont be cheap and skimp on prtions and take care of your customers.. There is a lot of competition for disposable income.

Im definitely a fan of Cold Stone more but this ice cream is decent. Very creamy. If you want to compare prices to portions though you definitely get more for your buck going to Cold Stone. I wouldnt go out of my way to come here but I did like it, and even though I dont have kids they have free cones for children (goes by height).

The inside of the shop was clean and organized. There are 4 windows total - I xam tell they may get super busy at times. I pulled up right in time cos there was a rush on Sunday. The staff handled the volume pretty well. The only thing is the Hot Fudge Brownie was not what I anticipated. Other than that it was a nice experience.

Horrible experience. Ordered a pistachio milkshake that tasted absolutely HORRIBLE it was all watered down and just plain nasty. In total with a kids vanilla and a brownie sundae it came out to 15 dollars which is ridiculous for the quality of ice cream I received. Will not go back here. Ill stick to twistee treat down the street.

Great ice cream menu. Staff was patient and courteous. My children enjoyed the banana split that was half off on Thursday when you bring your own banana. Outside seating only that could use a little updating but we enjoyed the overall experience.

Great menu and quick service! Staff was kind in assisting my family of 4 with multiple samples. We frequently visit this location and always have a good experience. The chocolate raspberry truffle and toffee bar crunch flavours are quite good!
