Very upset with my recent order. I ordered their Candy Craze cake online (which is supposed to have Hershey kisses and chocolate drizzles), and a pack of candles. When I picked up my cake it was completely different from the description of the cake I had ordered; it had M&Ms and sprinkles. I was never contacted or informed that the cake would have completely different candy than what I had ordered. The cake was lopsided, and the message I had asked to be written on it was messy and horribly off-center. Finally, they forgot to give me my candles, even though I had pre-paid for them (granted I should have remembered to ask for them, but they too have some responsibility to have my completed order together and ready to go). Overall a very poor experience, and I dont think Ill be ordering cakes from them again.

They suck . Ask for cookie dough then when I get to the window they have cookies n cream so I told her thats not what I asked for so she said they didnt have cookie dough asked for my money bak n then they magically have it. Lazies people ever couldnt even put it n a new cup jumped the cookies n cream out n threw my scoop in

Terrible. The wait was 15 minutes at 4:00 pm with no other customers in line. Workers were rude and seemed not to care. The tables and dining area was extremely dirty, same for the restrooms. I highly suggest trying a different restaurant, any where but here.

They had a minimal selection of flavors of ice cream to choose from and the waffle come maker was broken. The girls inside were patient with us while we tried to figure out what we wanted since there really was no product to choose from.

They dont even wear gloves. On top of that i believe the icecream was old. I found what appeared to be clear dead frozen worms in the icecream. I threw up and thrashed it as soon as i realized.
