First, I like the ice cream from cold stone, its very good. but when I went to this particular cold stone they gave me a very hard time with accepting a coupon I had, with them denying it even when its from coldstone themselves, bad costumer serves with a bit of a snotty cashier. Might have just been that girl but still a very unpleasant visit. Hope my next visit comes with a bit better customer service and they accept there own coupons...
