Laid back, friendly and very unique (both the decor and the ice cream!) Ive not been disappointed with anything Ive tried... and I really thought I would be when I ordered my ice cream with a shot of espresso and they busted out instant espresso!! But by the time it mixed with the ice cream, I cant lie... it was good! I also have to give props to them for supporting the local schools. They give the schools coupons for a free kids scoop of ice cream that are given out with report cards if the kids do well. (Not entirely sure what the qualification for earning it is, my son does well and always gets them.) I agree they are a little pricey, but not so outrageous when you consider all factors. I cant afford them frequently, but they are definitely on our "occasional treat" rotation!

Ice cream adventure! What more can you ask for? Another hole in the wall gem hidden in a sad strip mall. Fun interior filled with pop art. Fun hand made ice cream selections, including adult offerings. Thats right, booze in your ice cream! If only they added bacon.. wait, they did! Flavors change except for a few core items. Flavors can get wacky and pretty out there (the chicken and waffles tasted like chicken and waffles), but I have never had a bad scoop. Join the revolution!

Wow. Fantastic icecream. This place is the place to go if youre in need of some excellent dessert. I had the Euro Trash, which was a Nutella and Biscoff icecream. Amazing. My girlfriend had the banana pudding icecream (I dont remember the name, whoops), and I definitely had a few bites. Also amazing. The staff was exceptionally nice. Inside the shop, they have art from local artists, which was really neat. Definitely stop in if you ever have a chance. You wont regret it.

Ok. So I read the reviews after ordering and I am glad I did. The girl behind the counter was friendly and sweet towards me and my family. She was even patient with my 6 year old who couldnt decide on a flavor. We eventually ordered and sat down to eat. Nice little shop and the ice cream is surely different and tasty. Besides it being tucked away I couldnt find anything wrong. The family and I will definitely be back. Thanks Revo Ice Cream

Best icecream in Hillsborough county. The owners and staff are always friendly and helpful. Whether they are busy with lines out the door or on a quiet night, the place is always clean and welcoming. The art on the walls is for sale, all done by local artists. All the ice cream is hand made by them, the owners and staff make up their own unique flavors, some are permanent and some and seasonal. I highly recommend this place.

DELICIOUS ice cream! Probably the best Ive had. Cool vibe. There is an eclectic mix of couches and tables to sit at while you chat and eat your ice cream. Would definitely recommend. I took off one star because the staff is never very friendly. I always feel like they are bothered when I ask about the different flavors. Also, they dont have cones. I would love if they added cones!

Finally, Brandon has some place for flavor lovers! The Revolution is not in a cool location but once you walk in the door youll see they created a really chill place to hang out while eating possibly the best ice cream youll ever have. My favorite is The Seaward, it reminds of a chai with its delicious salted caramel, cardamom, and cinnamon. I truly havent had a bad flavor, yet!

The ice cream was delicious and the atmosphere is funky and unique. The only negative I would say is that the customer service seems to lack the friendliness you would kind of expect from the unique shop. I dont know if the hipster thing is to act like you are indifferent to the enthusiasm of the people who come in, but I prefer to be greeted with, at least, a smile.

They have their "regular" flavors that stay on the menu year round, but have flavors that come seasonally. Every visit has been good and the icecream/flavors are always good. My wife and I like to visit on Sundays when they are slow so we can get an indoor seat. Highly recommend for those wanting something better and different than your average icecream shop.

Took my wife there last night, and had no idea what to order. The flavors are so eccentric at times that a free sample is almost imperative. Whatever I tried, however, be it bacon ice cream or something like yam flavor, was absolutely incredible. If you literally want to taste creativity, I would highly recommend a quick visit to the Revolution.

if you are looking for strawberry, chocolate or vanilla do not go here..... if you are looking for incredible homemade specialty flavors like bacon brittle or rum-chata... go here.. they are incredible with a wide variety and a great atmosphere with incredible artwork.. they even have life size jenga! an absolute must go!!!

The menu is confusing, after a few minutes I got the Euro Trash ice cream. Everything else with this place is ok. I would like it if the servers used gloves when handling the food, since they handle money as well and money is not the cleanest thing in the world. I would give 5 stars if it wasnt for those things.

The blueberry muffin ice cream was soooo good! The other flavors were yummy too (I tried some of everyones in our group). The only one I didnt care for was the mint one- it was not the typical mint you find in ice cream, more like gum. They were so nice though and let me switch the flavor to something else.

The best homemade ice cream. They put a spin on normal flavors that will certainly wake up the taste buds. They have fireball ice cream, as well as White Russian. They are on the high side but if you love ice cream youll pay lol. The place is cozy and beautifully decorated

The place is one of the few highlights of Brandon. Im happy to have the Ice Cream shop around. There is a small section at the store with toys for small kids and so much art on the walls. The Ice Cream excellent, full of creative choices and new flavors every 2 weeks.

Friendly owner, unique atmosphere, tasty ice cream! I ordered a Pumpkin Cheesecake ice cream and it was a dream! Give their Chocolate Habanero ice cream a try if you like spicy foods. Its a unique flavor which burns and soothes at the same time. Would highly recommend.

The Rev has the best ice cream in town made from high quality ingredients. The flavors are always interesting and keeps you on your toes. But dont worry- if youre a vanilla ice cream person, they have excellent vanilla. The owners and their employees are stellar!

Excellent home-made ice cream. They are very revolutionary in their ice cream kinds. The scoops are big and the variety is very complex. Its best if you just try a few every time you go there. But the ice cream is very tasty and delicious, as well as unique.

Delicious unique flavors some of which rotate in and out, and fantastic classics too. There a great sampler you can order, highly recommend the banana pudding be on the list! Service has always been good, and you get free ice cream on your birthday!
