Im a little late for this review but a month ago I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and this "goth" looking girl wouldnt give me my cake at 12 (which was the time of pick up) because I ordered online. She saw me at the window waiting and ignored my existence, so then I called and she rudely hung up on me, came outside gave me my order and all I told her was "you shouldnt hang up on your customers." She looked at me, smiled and said "whatever" and then flipped me off! After that, I had made a complaint to Cold Stone and they pretty much gave her a slap on the wrist and said that they are going to retrain her. How can you retrain someone with horrible customer service? How did she get this job to begin with? I will never step into this specific cold stone again! The way their employees treat their customers are a reflection of the company! I cant believe the management even gave her a second chance! Shes so lucky that it was my daughters birthday or else it would have turned out a lot worse for her! I think an incident like this will happen again and she will finally get fired!

Ice cream is always good here. I like the chocolate devotion without the chocolate chips. Employees always seem friendly. It would be five stars, but they are over priced. They keep raising the prices as well. The parking lot is kind of scummy looking, just old and all the business around them keep going out of business except the theater of course. Good for a very occasional visit. I would go more if the prices for a family of four for ice cream werent close to thirty dollars getting the small sizes.

Hope this is the one by the movie theater... Well the cold stone by the movie theater had this mean looking goth girl working the counter and (given they were busy) had a terrible attitude and made me and my lover quite uncomfortable. She had big gadges in her ears and huge red eye.. Anyway I will not be going back. Also I puked in parking lot and they told me to leave... IJUSTGOTTAHAVEIT.

Went in and they wouldnt let me mix 3 flavors. Been to other cold stones and you can. This is idiotic. I even asked for the large and you can only get 2 falvors plus 1 topping. If you want more then 1 topping or 2 falvors youre out of luck. There was also a goth girl who was very rude and too busy talking to her friends then to help us. Management should be ashamed.

Horrible customer service. Wanted a cake for a birthday and got there exactly at 11:00 pm while on the phone with them. And they shut the door on my face even with the "Open" sign on!!! The manager was rude .... she has not right to be there!!

First thing I noticed when walking in was the foul smell. Of course their ice cream was amazing, but the age and condition of their building is terrible. I do not recommend visiting this location.

It seems these people dont quite get how to operate a business. Better off going to the store on Dale Mabry Hwy where they know what customer service means. This place is well and truly awful!

Its a Cold Stone like every other. If youve never been to one its a neat experience but expect to spend a little coin. A decent place for kids and family but seating is very limited.
