I really want to give this place a higher rating especially because the food is amazing. My daughter had pancakes with bacon (which she loved), my husband had French toast with eggs & bacon (total hit with him), and I had the eggs Benedict with home fries which were so good (and the eggs were poached perfectly). The reason why the 3 stars instead of 5 was due to the customer service. We went on a Sunday at 11 so there was a wait which wasnt the issue. Once seated we asked the hostess if they could change the TV within our area to the Germany vs. Camaroon soccer game. She said no problem. We were seated in a small nook of the restaurant with our own TV since Its in am area that is away from all other customers and TVs. A server came by to clear the table by us so we asked him the she question. He went and asked the manager and told us she would change it for us. Mind you we still havent seen our waitress to order. Some time later our waitress came and took our orders and, AGAIN, we asked if they could change the channel. By this time my daughter and I went to the restroom and we noticed that all the other TVs were already on the soccer game we were requesting. When we arrived, my husband asked a FOURTH time about the TV channel. The manager happened to be nearby with the remote IN her hand, and we heard her tell our waitress that "[she] doesnt have time for that". Really!

It was ok. The first time I went I had a great experience but all I had was pancakes and coffee. I went today about an hour before closing and the experience was awful. I felt completely rushed the whole time. Ordered the chilaquiles, and even though I didnt expect authentic Mexican Chilaquiles, I expected my order to be as described in the menu. They are supposed to come with sour cream and onions on top. The rice was dry, and the beans tasted old. I got a bunch of tortilla chips drizzled in sour green sauce with eggs on top, and a few pieces of melted cheese. I wouldve complained but the waitress came to our table once and that was to drop off the check (we also had the same waitress as the first time) my boyfriend got the patty melt, it was horrible, the fries tasted bland the burger was also bland the only good thing we had was the orange juice. I have a rule about coming into a restaurant too late because I feel bad making people stay past their shift for me to eat(Ive been a waitress). So I have a rule of not coming into a restaurant less than an hour before closing but I came in at 1:50 they close at 3pm. We didnt even finish our food. Just awful.

To me, it was simply "Ok". The staff were nice and the place was clean and decently-sized. I ordered the American Breakfast and also got a cup of coffee. Pretty standard stuff. The bacon was tasty, but everything else just sort of seemed bland to me. Im not sure if coffee refills are free or not, since I was never asked if I wanted more. In other Broken Yolk locations, folks like me with allergy restrictions generally have to rely on the staff to know what can or cannot be eaten. Getting buttered toast, when I cant eat dairy and had specifically asked for it with nothing on it was a little frustrating, though. Assuming all of the recipes are shared across locations, it would be great if an allergen guide was available on the website. But Im not counting that against them in my rating, since most people dont need to worry about that sort of thing. Will give it another try soon and order something different. Would love to have a 5-star experience like Brett N. and some of the others have had.

We went for a breakfast date just the two of us no kids! We asked to be seated outside which they made the arrangements without any hesitation. We were asked to wait since they had a few dirty tables and since they were working on a specific rotation for the servers they werent prepared but quickly cleaned the table and did it without making us feel like it was any trouble at all. That alone was refreshing not every restaurant is like that. The server was very upbeat and extremely knowledgeable on the menu. She never rushed us since we were on a date and we rarely get alone time we were enjoying just taking our time. She made sure we enjoyed our quite alone adult time she even offered to take a picture of the two of us to remember the moment! The food was amazing and quantity and quality were perfect. I recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be back!

Went this morning for first time, the place is great very spacious. The server *Lauren* didnt even greeted us. Over all service was not that good. Now, let me tell about the FOOD, I ordered BLT club sandwich with French fries. Fries werent crunchy, they were soggy, sandwich was OK. I also ordered NUTELLA BANANA CREPES, They looked great, the taste is Ok but since I couldnt finish the whole thing I had to bring it home. Now that Im eating it Again, I realized that what they call NUTELLA, IS NOT REAL NUTELLA. IS ACTUALLY CHOCOLATE. Thats why they put so much on the Crepes and also there was Too Much Bananas!! I will NEVER BUY NUTELLA CREPES FROM HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT REAL.

Nice place. Bigger than expected from the outside. Clean and friendly. A little chilly which I like, but some might want bring a sweater. Recommendation, if you want an orange juice and happen to have children, order a kids meal with OJ. An orange juice alone is $4, but you get a kids meal for $5.50 or so (and then the kid can just have water which is what mine wants anyhow). OJ aside, prices are great. A family of four can get out of here for $40. Kids love the pancakes and their healthy side portion (scrambled eggs, fruit, etc). Southwest wrap was filling and delicious (maybe a bit bland but thats ok). Id come here again.

I am giving this a 2 do to lousy service. Good food just really bad service. I had to ask three times (three different people) to get the tv change to be the same as the others. Manager told one of her employees I dont have time. Employee at least grabbed the remote and made the change. The people at the tables around me waited over 5 min for there bill with their CC on the table and ready to pay. To management: of I wait 30 minutes for a table. Do not make a person wait 15 minutes to take their order. That was very bad service today. I hope you learn to improve your service.

Came here for the first time today after seeing good reviews....we brought our Cousin from Virginia whom was visiting us....Sadly service was horrible....there were nit many customers to justify a 20 min wait to even get coffee. The food honestly seems a bit cheap....the beans tasted like they were cheap canned ones...the chilaquiles are soggy tortillas topped with a green salsa which also seemed canned. I now wish i would have waited the 45 mins to eat at Kekes Breakfast Cafe instead...very dissapointed....

Food was good. Service was horrible. We waited about 15 minutes from getting coffee to our waitress returning to take our order. Then another 1/2 hour to get our order (straight ftom the menu, nothing special). In between, we ran out of coffee & water twice. I hope our waitress was just having a bad day. As I write this, I have been waiting on the check for 10 minutes. Now 15 minutes (& she just walked by avoiding eye contact). I give up. Heading to the front to ask for my check.
