They tottaly f****d me over how are they claiming to be a waffle house of West Tampa and play stupid at the same time they all asked me what I wanted to order i made my order to go, and they said ok. Ten minutes later the same guy asked me if I have been helped while the same employees that asked me what i wanted stared, This whole time I was the only customer in their I said Dont worry about it, and they started playing dumb saying oh I feel bad, her sir. I said Dont worry about it. I went to the waffle house on Hillsborough, they made me my order in 7minutes cooked very good. This waffle House needs new employees all of the ones here are a huge disappointment in West Tampa

This was my 1st time ever at a waffle house. It was 4 in the morning on a Saturday and extremely busy. The staff was arguing with each other and the wait was long. I did enjoy the waffles. We decided to go again the next morning around 430am. It was only 2 employees and not busy. We still had a wait on the food and it was a hair cooked in one of the waffles. I wish my experience could of been better.

I called in my order, my husband went to pick it up got home only to find out it was the wrong food. Called back, my husband went back again got home only to realize something was still missing. Called and asked to speak to the manager only for him to it was lack of communication on my part , I paid for food I did not receive. I will never eat at this location again.

Waffle House is Waffle House, but each one has its own feel. With that said, this wasnt the best. Maybe it is because it is so new, maybe it is because it was slow when we were there, maybe its because the hamburger but had burnt edges, or maybe because the waffle wasnt fully done. Whatever the reason, there is room for improvement.

Only two people working it took a long time to get my food. I ordered two sunny side up fry eggs and they served me eggs hard as heck. I also think that the place is not to safe for people to visit in the late hours of the night. I know the area very well thats the reason I know is not safe to visit after 12:00 a.m.

Brand new restaurant. Usual quick service & good food. If you like Waffle House food; youll enjoy eating here. I like the $1 hamburgers for lunch. They are very tasty & the buns are toasted on the grill which is a nice touch that enhances the burgers

I called in an order to Tasha (I believe thats her name) as I was driving there and was told itll be ready once I got there and it was! The Service inside was great as well.

Love waffle house. This was by far the newest and cleanest one I have been to! Great service too. Heck of a walk to get there from the Tampa Convention Center though lol.

This location was recently opened about 3 months ago.. The server Tasha was so pleasant.. I had the combo breakfast with eggs bacon grits toast with a waffle.. Sooo good..
