We just left the hospital and stopped here for breakfast at 6 am. We ordered 4 croissanwiches (but we asked if 2 could be cut in half). We pulled up and without asking, the drive thru attendant handed us crowns for the kids. The order was right and fairly fast - I think they cooked the meat to order, though (I understand that early). Further, the fountain water is mineral water - just be ready for that. The previous review of seeing someone touch everything without gloves from the drive thru window is a lie, as you cannot see the kitchen from there. If anyone working at that BK is reading, use the friggin black wax pencil to mark which is which if the sandwiches are the same type but different kinds, please.

Latest issue... was in the very busy line in the drive thru and watched two cars get the wrong order, so when I finally got my food I just looked in the bag before pulling away. The girl at the window must have thought because it was shut that I couldnt hear her and said really loud "Oh come the hell on and look at your food later." Called and the manager said she heard her and that it was wrong of her, but this is only the most recent issue. I cant count how many times the food has been wrong, slow service, poor quality of food and if you look through the window in the drive thru you can tell it doesnt look clean. Its awful. Dont go here. I now drive all the way to the one on Cortez.

I swear the employees here dont understand what working with the public entails. I work with the public, so Im aware of the fact things need to get done, and multitasking is a must. Thats fine, however they should never turn thier back on a customer who is ready to order, without even acknowledging them with a simple "im sorry, itll just be a quick second" or something similar. Also, it shouldnt take 10 freakin minutes for a simple order of a chicken fry meal. Also the place needs to be updated, it looks so outdated, and not in the kitchy way, but in the way it just makes it look nasty and dirty.

This store is so hit or miss. Sometimes we go and get the friendliest service, but I was just there 15 minutes ago to get a messed up order replaced and the manager and crew treated me like I was lying and then proceeded to get the same exact thing wrong AND gave me a half full carton of onion rings. If I didnt work in hospitality myself, I could get past it, but if I ever treated a customer like that, my boss would have my @$$.

Two bad experiences within a month. I figured the first time might have been a mistake, 10 minutes in the dive through. My second trip was only 8 minutes waiting, but when I got home my order was short and I received no receipt. If I didnt have someone in my family who like BK, I probably would never go back. Remember,ALWAYS check your order. Dave K

I couldnt get through half my chicken sandwich without feeling sick to my stomach. Next morning runs runs runs!! On top of that i tried one time to get a veggie burger. Hard as a rock!!! Way too greasy and gross like they dump the food in oil !!!! Please for the sake of your health. Dont eat there!!

This place is horriable just went threw the drive threw and watched the boy making burgers touch everything in the kitchen before making a burger with no gloves on !! I had a small fry and 2 4pcs chicken nuggets the frys were fresh and the chicken nuggets were old !!! Dont go here !!!

Place has definitely turned around, as soon as you get through the door you are greater by the manager, very nice, greeti g your kids, evendors after you order an sit down the kindness continues an even make sure your little one is enjoying their food. Very pleased!

Most orders get filled correctly and chicken fries can be fresh if you ask, have come home with all the toppings when Ive asked for plain and vice versa for my hubby who likes toppings. Theyll always give you the right order if you bring it back.

Went there yesterday for lunch, service on the drive thru was very quick, and good, food was what we like as I am a double whopper guy for my fav. fast food burger! We got what we ordered, no problems, staff very friendly, a good experience!

every time we go here, they get the order wrong! Took me 15 mins one time to get my food manager didnt come and says she was sorry for the wait or offer me anything for free .. When I received my order it was cold.. never went back!! YUCK!!

I dont know what the people infront of us ordered but i had to wait in line drive thru for 13 mins..they wouldnt get the car to drive forward so i got my icecream at mcds in the end..Never will i go back.

Drive through takes a minimum of 15 minutes regardless of what time you go. Food is on par with other establishments, but customer service is lacking. Getting the order correctly is always a problem.
