The service at the drive thru window is awesome on day shift the employee that takes the orders shes never got my order wrong she run the customers thru fast thats awesome customer service shes courteous and kind and cares about her customers her customers just not there just wait in line on their food they are there to get their food and eat it dont know what her last name is but her first name is Jennifer and the reason why I know that its because every time she takes your order she tells who she is and she is very polite employee I would like to have her if had a fast food restaurant

The last time I was down in Kingsport I ate here. My experience was awful. I understand places get busy and all during lunch hours but we couldnt find a clean table anywhere. The womens restroom was filthy as well. My husband and I ordered our food a certain way. He dont like tomatoes on anything and his crunchwrap had tomatoes in it. My burrito was a mess. It wasnt wrapped right so it pretty much fell apart. I was so close to asking for a refund and going somewhere else. I learned my lesson though, when Im in K town, avoid this Taco Bell. The one across the hill is 100 times better.

Talked to "Wendy" just now. VERY unpleasant. VERY displeased with her attitude towards customer service and dealing with problems in the restaurant. She doesnt act like someone who should be in charge. Not to mention when I was sitting in the drive thru I could hear her yelling profanity. Very classy.

These folks treat me like i a loved one. They know i cant have dairy or wheat, and always allow me to make reasonable substitutes on my order. They never express frustration at my special orders, and make sure that despite my dietary restrictions, I leave with a full belly. Love ya.

Depending on who is working you can get a great meal or a frustrating experience. We joke at my office that it is a gamble if they are going to get your order correct or not.
