Once is enough for me. Went with a friend for Saturday morning breakfast. Both ordered 2 OE w/meat/potatoes/toast. One of my eggs must have broken when cracked and was a hard yellow smudge. His was just overcooked, nearly over hard. I brought the broken yolk issue to my servers attention and she just shrugged and said "they must have got your order mixed up with another" and walked away. Nice!.. Both meals were lukewarm. I like grain bread but the toast here is about 1" thick, barely toasted and very heavy. The restaurant has the acoustics of an empty UPS truck and apparently this is the place to bring kids on weekends. My ears were ringing and conversation was difficult over the roar of the kids yelling screaming and crying. The waitress brought the check and I told her she should tell the cooks that they should never server a broken yolk, especially when people are paying $10 for a couple and she said " I can have them cook you another if you want". It seemed like she was going to have to pay for it. In the end, she did. I guess folks are hard up for places to eat breakfast around here. Im not a fan of big corporate places but I-hop and Perkins have this place beat hands down in service, facility and food. In conclusion, this place is the place for you if you are a 30 something white chick with 3 kids, a husband with a hipster beard, use the word "yummy" when describing anything edible, buys into the eco friendly, sustainable, farm fresh hype and have money to burn on below average service and food just to be seen in a place where your kind seem to congregate. For me, I dont care if a restaurant buys eggs from a supplier that beats its chickens, uses 50 gallons of water for every glass served and shovels trash into the ally behind the place. As long as the food tastes good, is cooked and served properly and the place is clean, relatively quiet and no more than kid tolerant, Ill go there next time.

Meh. Ive been here twice, was underwhelmed both times. The first time I had eggs benedict. The hollandaise was very light and the glasses were dirty - mine had lipstick on it. The second time I had the millionaire bacon (good) and the Pecan roll waffle. The waffle was dry and didnt have that nice density you normally get in a Belgian waffle. Toppings were good. Service was great both times, but I did not feel my waffle and bacon (no sides included) were worth the $16 I paid pre-tip. Ill come back if coworkers all want to go, otherwise Ill pass. Theres better options in the area.

First Watch has several things going for it. They offer great fresh healthy food, and are also very innovative in their creations and flavorings. The morning I was there they offered their standard Smoked Sockeye Salmon Benedict, but on this morning added the spice that goes on top of an Everything bagel. Its so simple but brilliant. The brined smoked salmon (think Lox) was a perfect combination with the creamy Hollandaise sauce and fresh egg. Crowds, especially on weekends tend to be large and there can be a long wait. Consider an app to get in line!

Best place for breakfast, or brunch, bar none! Not even close. Breakfast is my favorite meal and this is my go to place. Pancakes and waffles are out of this world! Frequent dishes are the Trifecta or the Traditional. Everything is fresh and made to order. Gets busy Saturday mornings but it goes quick. I always take my family when they visit from out of town and they love it!

Been going to First Watch since its original location on Dale Mabry, next to Outback. The food is great for breakfast, brunch and lunch. All of the food tastes great, even the healthy alternatives. The service is one of the best of any restaurant and it is very clean. I whole heartedly recommend First Watch as one of Carrollwoods best breakfast restaurants.

I had The Works omelette. The egg was cooked perfectly it was full of mushrooms, but the meat was really lacking. The salad/greens that come with it was fresh and crisp and the buttered sliced whole grain bread was toasted perfectly. The marmalade for the bread was really really good. The house coffee was one of the best cups Ive had.

Excellent food every time. Over the years noticed they have cut back on portions a little , but prices really have not gone up which is expected with inflation. One of my go to places for breakfast. Can be noisy at times, but that doesnt bother me since the quality of food is will worth going here.

Another great place that simply does what it say it will too without drama. Good fresh food, consistent, a little zing if you want it, kid friendly and they must be on track, because its always packed. Reasonable prices, another place with great staff. it can be done!!

The food is top notch, the wait staff is friendly and the manager is awesome. I had a small but irritating issue and the manager made it right immediately. I would DEFINITELY recommend First Watch for breakfast, brunch or lunch. The food has so much flavor!!!

Been here a couple times, pretty good service and food, everyone is always friendly and I can always count on a decent breakfast. Food is of a healthier stock, so dont come here expecting your normal diner fare. All the same, good food.

The food was great, service the way it should be. Only thing I would change would be offering dressing or lemon for the greens. Amanda was great! Would recommend to friends and family traveling to the area!

What a mess. So disorganized. Waited 20 minutes for a table that was open the whole time. Dirty water glasses, stuff floating in the water jug...yum! Ordered a bottled San Pellegrino to avoid

Love First Watch, but todays visit was subpar. Undercooked potatoes, the worst smoked salmon benedict Ive ever had here. But I will probably still go back.
