When writing a review, it important to first comment on the food. The food and value here is unreal. Great food and friendly service. The fact that there is nothing on the door that states that they DO take credit cards does not deserve a bad rating because you assume ALL place accept cards. I NEVER go to a place assuming they takes Credit Cards unless it shows on the door that they do. How anyone can say they are dishonest when it plainly states at the register "No Credit Cards" when you walk in. I dont know of any ATM that charges less than 3.00 fee these days. Stop blaming the restaurant for your ignorance. Go to a big corporation chain for cookie cutter food and service...this is an old fashion family business!

I have no problem with a business that doesnt take credit or debit cards, and only accepts cash. I do have a problem when this is not posted on the door in plain site so you have the option to go else where. The dishonest of this place extends even further, when they suggest that you use the AMT they conveniently locate near the cash register, and fail to mention that not only do you pay a 2.00 ATM charge, but an addition $1.50 to the restaurant. The food is average, and the Gyro was just plain bad. The meat was so dry, no amount of sauce was going to save it.

Ive eaten at Riviera many times for many years. The food is like old-style diner food, and appeals to older folks like me. Where else in the area can you get liver and onions? The owners are of Greek origin, and also do some Greek dishes. Ive had their gyro plate and it was good. Basically, everything they do is old-style good. Service is friendly, even when theyre rushed. Theyre often crowded, because everyone around here loves this place, especially folks over 50.

Ive been coming here for a few years now. The food is a good, solid meal. I typical order breakfast and if it isnt too my liking there is never a problem getting it redone, which is very rare. The ambiance is simple, no frills with a little decoration for each holiday. They only take cash, but that isnt a problem as the bill never gets too high. The waiststaff is exceptional, friendly and very personable.

Extremely slow service I had to ask for my coffee cup to be filled..food took forever and they werent busy at all.potatoes came out very cold and bland and bacon tasted like it was made the day before and grits were disgusting.we asked for a to go container and it was filthy....we just left without taking l our horrible left overs....Dont go if you can help it

Great prices in comparison to other crowded restaurant like "First Watch," which is over rated. Food here at "Riviera is outstanding, friendly and down to earth service. Keep up the great service and food. I served for 25 years in the US. Army and have been in many restaurants, but this is my choice of great restaurants . Thank You again.

Although seated promptly, we waited 45 minutes to be served. I was served my pancake in 2 steps both were not ready at the same time. And the inconvenience (in our time when you can pay with your phone), to be force to use an ATM machine and be charged $4.00 of fee.

I went early in the morning only 1 waiter. She didnt seem to be too excited. My husband asked for coffee after drinking his coffee he was asking me if she had forgotten about us because she never came back to ask how we were doing. Need more enthusiastic servers.

This place is amazing. We have cone here almost every Saturday for the last year and a half for breakfast, and the food nor the service is ever lacking. Kathy is the best and super attentive. My 3 year old loves her. Delicious food, and coffee, always warm.

Dont know how Ive missed this place before as it is right next door to Michaels Crafts, but glad Ive found it now. Service was great. The special that day was a Ruben sandwich and it was the best Ive had in a very long time. I will return.

Go see the Greek Elvis! Prices are low and portions are huge. Breakfast is my favorite. Its not much to look at but has a real down home charm! Worth a try , but they only take cash. Support your local mom and pop restaurants

I liked their food but i was disappointed when i was gonna paid they dont take debit or credit card ,it has to be cash so i was told right away to use their ATM that they have inside and a fee of 2.50 very convenient.

We have been coming here for 25+ years and have rarely been disappointed. Wonderful staff and food. You get what you pay for and then some. This is a a comfort restaurant not a gourmet restaurant.

Ive lived in the area for 11 years and never knew this hidden restaurant was here. The food was great, service wonderful. Ample portions. Bbq chicken sandwich and fries filled me the whole day.
