The longest single wait at a Krystal or White Castle I have ever been to in entire adult life. Not sure the staff is actually working, or betting against each on how many cars they can line up in the drive through lane. Whatever they are doing, they are getting 8 cars in line waiting for over 15 minutes and 36 seconds exact to this moment. I hope the staff didnt die inside this place while waiting these tiny pre-made burgers to cook on an industrial efficiency grill top... Edited: good news, everyone!! The staff is not dead! They are just poorly managed by someone that doesnt give a damn :) At least I finally got my order of 4 Krystals, after 20 minutes

I should have listened the reviews. I went to this restaurant 3 times. Each time it took over 30 minutes to order a few burgers. Each time the burgers were cold. I asked the cashier what is taking so long and he said large orders. But as I waited before I reached window, I never saw more than one bag handed out to each car ahead of me. The cold food is unacceptable, especially for the long wait. You would think if there were a lot of large orders, then the burgers would be hot once they come off the grill once they catch up to my order. I loved Krystals before I moved to this area. Now Ill never go back as long as I live here.

The people that work here are so rude. I went through the drive-thru on Sunday and I sat there for at least 4 minutes before the girl said anything to me. I got 2 Sunrisers and the eggs were extra extra hard and crunchy. They never answer the phone so if you have a problem you have to drive back to the store and talk to the manager and sometimes she acts like she doesnt even care but overall this place sucks

Went to this location and for the first time had a bad experience with Krystal sunrisers, the sausage was cut in have from a sausage patty the eggs was scramble eggs not sunrise eggs, I know this because I have worked at Krystals in my teenage years. And the General Manager was the one who served this to customers!

Went through drive through at a very slow time and never received my order after fifteen minutes. Had to back out of the drive through lane. Not sure what was going, but has to be the worse Krystal we have ever been to. Avoid this one if u have a choice.

Today was my first time eating Krystals ever. I just moved from California and I had never heard of this place. The service was really friendly and the food tasted great. Wait time was about the average for a fast-food place.

After hours, there is a really long wait. But, the food was good and thats what made it better. Im from Chicago and was prepared to compare it to White Castle. It was just as good, if not better. ;)

Long wait and the burgers were still lukewarm. They just remodeled the outside. They should have gotten a new manager and staff. It will be a while before I go back to this Krystal.

Took forever to get our food. When we finally got it, the bread was so soggy it was a paste. Absolutely disgusting. Supposedly, its 100% beef. Certainly didnt taste like it.
