This is the worst service Ive had in years from any of the Halo Burgers . 4 people in front of me and it took 17 minutes to get to the cashier. Ask for olives on the side, pay for olives on the side, the manager is the one that made up my order and gave it to me and it did not have olives on the side. I requested no salt on the fries but they came back salted. I asked the manager that was giving me my order that I wanted some packets of ketchup she said the kid over the counter says ketchups over there I said no I said packets please she gave me three packs which was nowhere near enough sense of packs are super small anymore.

So I recently had some trouble here. I was going to the drive through late at night after a long drive and ordered dinner for my family. When we drove home we were missing a sandwich so I drove back to the store and they were closed. I explained the situation to the manager on duty and felt a little bit like I was a bother, I received my sandwich without an apology or a smile. This will definitely factor in on where we decide to eat in the future.

We needed to throw a last minute birthday party at Halo Burger for my daughter. I called the morning of and talked to the manager who was extremely nice and very accommodating even going so far as to call me back that afternoon to let me know they had everything in place and were prepared to handle our party. The food was all made quickly and was fantastic, the play area was clean, the staff was friendly and just over all it was a great experience!!

I stopped in and ordered a qp burger and 2 cripsy chicken sandwhiches. They made me wait forever on the chicken sandwhiches. Easily 10 minutes. Then once i got home half the fires tasted like i was eating raw potatoes and the other half were really crispy. How you accomplish this is beyond me.The chicken sandwhiches I waited an eternity for was almost cold and hard in some places. If I wanted to waste my money I would just set it on fire.

Food was great. Store was filthy. Cashier and other lady working the front rude. Cashier argumentative over giving sauce for our kids dino nuggets. Kindly she waived the 30¢ fee announced it loudly so they play place could here. Really, then told the other lady to take he food out to the red head family. Customer service is unknown jargon. Due to poor service we wont be back for a while..think she probably wont be there Long. SMH.

I have been eating Halo Burger for the last 37 years. Whenever Im in town that is one of the must haves. I was very disappointed this trip. Went to grand blanc location on Hill Rd. We were the only car in the drive-thru and it took way too long. (first to take our order, then to receive it). The burgers were way overcooked and dry. For the price, not good at all.

I love this place! Anyone new to the flint area that wants to try a never seen before fast food place go to halo burger! Never gets old! Lets hope the new owners dont change the food and only the look to the resteraunts

Second time we have been to this location and the second time one of our 2 burgers did not have olives. I can see a mistake once however 2 times the same mistake is ridiculous. Will not go to this location again!
