Out of so many restaurants I have tried this is really the worst out of them all. Normally I dont write reviews but I had to with this one. First we went ordering, and after a while we found out that they didnt have anything, so there were only 3 dishes to choose from. So we ordered and then they mixed it all up.. we ordered 3 large sodas at got 3 medium so we let them know, but then they only came with 2 large so we had to tell them that it was wrong again... all in all they mixed up the order 3 times. Then we went over to get some sauce and they had only 3 out of 10 left. Afterwards the chicken we got was super dry - almost not eatable!!! And later when we went on for the guacamole we found a curly hair in it!!! Freaking disgusting! I wouldnt never set my feet in that so called "restaurant" again, and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Just stay away.

I used to love eat here. Now the place is dirty, understaffed, the food quality is also not the same, besides the fact that it was dried. The yuca fries that i used to love, didnt even finish it. Restrooms are dirty, dinner is a mess. The condiments station besides dirty, it was missing everything. Cashier was with her boyfriend, which is also party of the crew, making out on the patio while that was people on the line waiting for her and people on the kitchen were yelling her name, because they were too lazy to look. Long story shot, not recommended. There are better places around, same price, better quality.

Worst pollo tropical I been too, you wouldnt understand the disappointment, first let start w the cashier who was lost, second the guy running the food couldnt be any slower, after that they tell me there is no white rice offers me yellow or Brown, I decide on the yellow then to come and tell me there is none either. Manager who was too busy flirting w a group of guys, come out and offers me fries which there were disgusting as well as the beans, so pretty much our dinner was chicken n dinner rolls. The condiment stations all sauces empty no forks nor knifes only spoons. Ya gotta do better.

La verdad que me pareció malísimo el Pollo tropical, una onda macdonalds pero de pollo obviamente, las hamburguesas horribles y las papas fritas chorreaban en aceite y sin gusto, lo único que me parecio buena fue la atención del empleado, pero nada más.... No lo recomiendo.

This place is a disgrace and must get closed ASAP, Latasha sales representative is nasty, cursing at customer and very bad to the food industry, the manager Ariela must get fired, bad food, give you less than promised, bad chicken, I am filling a lawsuit for $100,000 against this company on Friday, dont eat there, spoke with a manager at the 855 number and filed a complained against this location, dont buy there, UGLY NASTY PEOPLE

I had an OK experience people is always friendly at this place but last weekend I went using the drive thru and the cashier Stephen was not offering a good customer service I think his language was not right for that position, I even have to remind him about missing items. probably was not in a good mood that day. But at the end of the day is all about customer service. Thanks

Worst place ever! Had run out of the most things such as cola, ribs and rice among other thing. The chicken was super dry and didnt taste of "citrus". The sauce bar was empty. There was no cutlery. We got wrong size of soda. The guacamole was rotten. There was hair in another sauce. I had to ask for fork, knives and napkins ect. Dont eat at that place!

This place never has boneless chicken, often is without fries, and rarely has sides. In addition, the light in the drive-through has been out for weeks. The staff is extremely rude. They should close this place down and put in a competitor who can actually run a business. Whoever is running this business is completely incompetent and unfit.

At night they hardly have food. Eiether two things are happening they do not have the right amount of inventory or they are lazy and stop cooking one hour prior to closing. Eiether way it really gets me upset as a customer bc its a common trend!!! But I must say whenever they do have food its delicious, the best pollo out there.

The Chicken & Ribs combination plate that I ordered was absolutely delicious. The chicken was season 2 all the way to the Bone, the yellow rice with vegetables was delicious, and enjoyed all the other side that came with. The next time Im in Miami, I will definitely check this place out.

Very dirty,garbage everywhere tables also very dirty no body clean you must to clean by your self the stuff is unhelpful you can stay there for drink refil 15 min and no body will ask you what do you need when you tell to the workers thank you no body answer!!!!!!!!

This Pollo Tropical did not impress me at all. I ordered the new Guacamole chicken wrap and it was the flattest wrap Ive ever eaten. The lemonade I ordered was served in a cup that was half ice. I was very disappointed. If this was a restaurant I would not tip.

They forgot almost most all the orders and they did not pay any attention. The people critizise to them selves about how bad the customer service. I asked for shrimp and they gave me chicken. The chicken was not COOKED good enough. This place is very expensive

This is the worst Pollo Tropical.. Close to my home... Take out window terrible.. Check your order before going home! The other day I was at the drive thru.. And asked them to add a soda at the the window... The guy told me I had to go back around... Wow...

Used to go there quite often looks like there been a change in management or at least employees because Food was Bland ..servers did not have any hair nets ,and employees look like they did not want to be there.

Medio bajo el nivel en cuanto a organización, se supone que lo que más venden es pollo y cuando pedimos solo tenían dos y otras personas tuvieron que esperan 20 minutos para que les den su plato por ésta razón

Clean place. Customer service is great except during lunch rush hour. Parking is also bad during lunch. Chicken is sometimes a little dry if you are one of the first customers of the day.
