Unfortunately, I threw away my receipt because I wanted to call and complain about the service, cleanliness, and the dangers of not keeping up with the condiments. The condiments were disgusting. Not sure if they are following proper procedures in regards to keeping them cool and stored correctly. The service is not too friendly plus they work with a lack of interest or customer service skills. Its a pitty because the place is new but it really needs new management and better training for their employees. If they dont shape up that place will be a dump soon. Oh wait...I have a stomach ache now. Great!!!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken quesadilla wrap and what I got was a cheese quesadilla without chicken or tomatoes and sauce. I went inside and asked them to remake it for me. The second time around I got a chicken quesadilla with a huge wedge of tomato inside. I then asked for the manager and I was told she was on a very important phonecall.

Great experience at Pollo Tropical as always, this location at the best chicken that Ive ever had here. I only gave it 4 stars because the beans and rice portion was smaller than most locations. All the sauces they provide are amazing, this location is not even been opened three weeks good job!

Its a good place just like every other fast food restaurant. The only reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 was because service seems to be a bit on the slow side. Keep in mind this place is new and the employees may just be starting out. I recommend this place.

The food is good. The wait is always terrible with people complaining about it the entire time. I usually go inside because drive through is backed up. Its the only pollo tropical in the area and of course its busy, but the staff cannot seem to pull it together.

The girl who helped me couldnt speak English nor understood what I was saying. To top it off my chicken was raw and the fries were cold. I wont be back. Lets hope I dont get sick. They didnt even care that the chicken was raw!!

A clean, modern and tidy Pollo Tropical. Great quality food, with chicken that is well cooked. Some Pollo Tropical locations tend to undercook some pieces when cooking in bulk, but nothing like that here. Great location!
