Chick-fil-a, what can I say. The food is, incredibly, consistently delicious. In fact, I would say it gets better every time. Get extra chick-fil-a sauce. Trust me, you want it. Al is the man, if he takes your order be sure to give him a huge smile. Go for breakfast, why dontcha? Youve never had a biscuit sandwich like that... I would recommend the Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich, but ask them to upsize it. Large fries? Large soda? Yes please! And did I mention these people will come to your table and take your soda to refill it? At a fast food restaurant?!?!? Folks, this is the new standard. This place is special. Strawberry milkshake if youre like me and like it fruity sweet, chocolate or vanilla for that classic flava. Heck, cookies and cream if your one of them new age chunky cream kinda peeps. You should get some extra crispy chicken nuggets along with your order. Its like having croutons on salad. Except the salad is a delicious chicken sandwich already. Bring your kids, theyll love it. Bring your grandparents, theyll love it. Bring your boyfriend, hell never leave. Bring your enemy, youll resolve anything. This place is MAGIC.

I cant believe I am writing a review on a fast food place, but this location deserves it. The customer service has been great every time I have been there. The last time I was there, I realized shortly after receiving my order that I had to order friends for my daughter - they provided me some, no charge. During the meal, they came by several times to offer refills and to remove items I was finished with from the table. We went back up to order an ice cream cone for my daughter, and again it was provided free of charge. We will be back, again and again.

Probably the best Chic-fil-a Ive been to, and I dont mean in terms of aesthetics. I was here on a Saturday and unsurprisingly it was jam packed with at least 2 birthday parties on to of the usual crowd. We almost left thinking wed never get our order in time. I dont know what sort of wizardry went on behind the counter but they had our orders ready within 5 minutes. So I give them the rightly deserved 4 stars for that and +1 for the extremely polite and courteous service.

Living on the west coast, we have only heard of this from the news or radio (KLove), and were happy to be able to finally visit one. It lived up to the hype, the staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. The food was great, chicken sandwich was tender and flavourful. The lemonade shake was nice, with a balanced flavor and easy to drink. Overall we would go often if there was one in southern Oregon (hint).

Chick-fil-a does great food fast better than anyone else. The chicken sandwiches are so good and the waffle potato fries are out of this world. My kids often call this Chick-fil-a "Our Chick-fil-a!" When we ask them where they want to go out to eat, its always Chick-fil-a. We would go to Chick-fil-a everyday if we could afford it.

How can you go wrong with Chic Fil A? This is what you would typically expect from CFA. Great food, friendly staff. My only beef with this particular location is the restaurant is dirtier that what I have come to expect from Chic Fil A restaurants. It never seems to be particularly busy so Im not sure why its not as clean.

This location bends over backwards to delight their customers. They are incredibly friendly, have a sense of urgency and almost always capture an order without having to ask you to repeat yourself or confirm your order. The food is absolutely above average for this style of restaurant.

This is a great place to eat. I think the food is delicious, and the customer service is superb. My family and I are regulars here and many of the staff have made an effort to get to know us. My kids love playing in the play place. My favorite place to eat at the Waterfront.

Despite being an overtly Christian corporation and local franchise, this Chick-fil-A is an exceedingly clean, friendly location with always-fresh menu preparations. One of the only acceptable quick, value dining options at the Waterfront.

Staff was awesome waited on customers quickly even though they were very busy. Girl cleaned our table as soon as we went to sit down. Nice playroom for kids granddaughter and wife were both happy with this selection as was I .

Pretty good food and service. Staff was pleasant. The company donates some money to some causes that not everyone would agree with so if youre worried about that kind of thing it might be worth checking out.

Eh. We went through the drive-thru for something to drink, but we quickly noticed the characteristic friendliness we are accustomed to from Chick-fil-A was absent. Our server was cordial but nothing more.

Someone cut the drive thru line in front of me. While my food got cold after waiting for several minutes THEY GOT FOOD. The manager did not even care. offered an apology. I wont be going back.

The grilled chicken tasted like garlic. 1 bite and I went for a refund. Usually fast food is safe for people who dont care for over seasoned food. Not the case here. Would not return.
