HIGHLY UNSANITARY FOOD HANDLING PRACTICES. BEWARE!!! My family had dinner at this location 1.7.2015. I personally witnessed the carver drinking in the food prep area. She had a drink, which she had to tear open with her teeth, took a drink and then she touched the straw of the drink with her fingers and immediately went back to food prep without washing her hands! This happened REPEATEDLY. My son had to have his side item replaced because a random plastic bag that had been left on the counter found its way onto his plate while we were in line to pay. I will NEVER eat at this location again.

Worst customer service. Ran out of chicken at 720pm & caught complete attitude. The cook was yelling at the people upfront because he was busy cooking the chicken that would of taken 30 mins to cook. Took bf order and girl told guy she was working with us but the guy after me got the last chicken what type of customer service is that. Dissatisfied.

It was a long time since I had visited a Boston Market and I have to admit Im glad I came here for dinner. The employees were patient and laughing with us because wed practically forgotten the menu and so ordering was a bit of a confusion. Good...spinach.

Romana was an excellent representative for Boston Market and made our visit exceptionally pleasant. Ive had poor service from other stores, but this visit was quite the opposite. Hopefully management recognizes the value of having employees like Ramona.

No stars what happen to boston market headquarters this location gives poor service service counter personnel rude took almost 35min s to get half of order customers dining ate and left and I was still waiting horrible horrible service..

The best Boston Market in the State of Florida. Food tastier & bigger portions. The staff is wonderful. Always friendly.... Treat you like royalty. This Boston Market should train the others.

I enjoyed the food but the staff has gone downhill. Much less friendly and quite a bit slower 8/1/16 update. Staff has gotten better. Food is decent for a quick meal

They never have pot pies and also they close at 10:30 but if you show up around 10:15 or after they will tell you they are closed when theyre not
