The food is ok. The staff can be rude as ever and sometimes the lines take forever. You can tell that some people at the drive thru hate life because of their attitude. Most of the times they dont give you enough sauce, like with half a chicken meal they gave me one spicy pollo pollo and one garlic cilantro, and when I dared to ask for additional, the girl at the line seemed bothered. Recently it seems as if they hired a new female at the line and she is nice. We shall see how long it will last

The cashier was nor courteous at all....she acted like she hates her job...could not the the order right. When my order was called I went to the counter to pick it up and the appearance of the plate was a mess....looked like it was serve at a cafetria in the county jail house...maybe the people in that area have been there so for them is normal. I am not going back there. The place was also dirty.

Worst location that I have visited. Forgot all sauces. Plantains were undercooked and burned on the outside. Steak was burned, soda had no syrup. Fruit punch was tart. They just dont care at all here, little to no effort is made. Even the sauce containers were 1/8 full.

First gave me somebody elses order then realized and asked me for it back then had to park and wait for my ribs to be cooked and then go inside in the rain to get them when they were done ... so much for the drive thru and not getting wet in the rain

Went through the drive through and they cut us off before we finished our order. Then when we got to the window they hadnt even put in the order at all. Had as wait for 15 min before we had to go in and they still hadnt made our order. Worst service.

GM here is terrible, tried charging me $2.11 for a soda with a tropichop instead of letting me get the combo price right after I ordered. Nit Picky GM, experience here was so bad from the management.

This is a good pollo tropical, fans know what that means.. the older lady in charge of the dining room (sauces and stuff) is an amazing employee whos extremely helpful, she deserves a raise.
