Tonight was our first time to try any of the catering services, although its really more just a giant take-out order. Since they were doing a New Years special, we figured this was going to be the best buy in town, and it was. We ordered the 25 piece tenders, giving us a total of 50, since it was buy one get one. Okay, thats a lot of tenders for 3 people, but we can deal with that, LOL. They were ready at just the time we had asked. We ordered 4 of the sauces to go with the chicken and they gave us a pint of each. The tenders were hot, juicy and delicious. The only issue was that the batter lacked salt, but we added that at home. Admittedly, our fries wilted on the way home, but youve kind of got to expect that. It might be better if they didnt tie up the top of the plastic bag so tight, so they dont steam as much. Our last eat-in order was much better than wed had a this location before, so my rating goes up to 4 stars. But sadly, the apple pie milkshake is no longer on the menu. It should be a regular, apples arent really seasonal and it was the best milkshake EVER!! Are you listening PDQ??

PDQ has chicken strips that are pretty decent, but they have everything paired with french fries that are absolutely the WORST that I have had it a very long time. I tried them again tonight (my 2nd visit) and they are exactly the same. The strips are good and sauces like buffalo blue are awesome, but then you take a bite of french fry and it leaves a greasy oily taste in your mouth that is very difficult to rid yourself of. i put my strips in a bag and left. For a restaurant that calls itself PDQ (People Dedicated to Quality) serving fries that are soggy greasy and sort of warm is not dedicated to anything but $$. Also this restaurant is not cheap. Cleanliness 4, Service 1 (It seemed too fast, if you are running a kitchen you dont serve soggy fried food, it should be hot and fresh not quick and poor.), Value 2 (there are worse priced places), Food Quality 2.5 (The chicken strips are very good as are the sauces, but the consistently poor fries take the cake)

My husband and I came through the drive through today to grab some food as we unpack our new place. Which we have zero food in the fridge yet. I made sure I asked the girl twice at the drive through to make sure I got regular buffalo sauce instead of blue cheese buffalo (I hate blue cheese). When I got home and sat down, there was of course blue cheese all over my sandwich! I was clearly upset as now Im starving with no food in the fridge. I checked the receipt and the drive through girl did ring it up correctly so I called the location and asked for the manager. Dane (the manager) answered the phone, he was pleasant and quick to fix the issue. I was a bit surprised when he asked where I lived and said he would bring me a new sandwich! I was upset (hangry lol) but Dane definitely went above and beyond to fix the issue. Im very happy with their customer service and I will be back because of it. Good job Dane, PDQ should value you as an employee.

I walk in, give my order and told the lovely Stephanie that I have a coupon. She said ok. So she rings me up while i have my phone open to the coupon showing it to her. She says " i have it memorized" . Rings me up...$14. I didnt realize she didnt put the coupon till after I paid. So I tell her, hey you forgot the coupon....Stephanie says: "ooooh sorry. how about next time." i replied Yeah sure....lovely Stephanie hits me with " Can you catch me outside" I dont really think she understand where she works or is aware of the environment shes in. Does she even know what that statement means? Customer services at its best! Calling your customer a H#*E! Way to go PDQ! Oh and I told everyone at our company of this lovely experience. #kthanxbai

This was my very first visit, and I was NOT impressed. I heard good things about this Fast food chain but got none of that today! I went at about 1:30pm and ordered the grilled chicken combo. It was supposed to come with wheat bread but it DIDNT. The fries were soggy, too sweet and greasy. My chicken was rubbery and seemed to be old. I also had the honey mustard sauce on the side and Chipotle Bbq as well, both were cold. How can you have warm food with cold sauces. I was in a rush and it was too late to turn back. I would not return to this restaurant nor would I refer it to any off my family and friends. The best thing about my visit was the iced tea which was ok.

This was the most disgusting food Ive ever tasted in my life I went to the brand new location in Pompano beach. People dedicated to quality.what a joke the food was garbage. I realize this is fast food but why call it something its not, this food gave me something similar to food poisoning horrible stomach ache, vomiting etc. I would not recommend this to anyone! Not to mention I have already left this review and it has been deleted from this page and others!

Ordered 1 Crispy Chicken Tenders, 1 Grilled Chicken Tenders, and 1 order of fries... Never got the crispy tenders, the order of fries was TINY for its price, and the grilled tenders were soggy and diminutive. I would NEVER go back and would never recommend that anyone does so... At the prices the food is sold at you can get MORE and BETTER tasting food for the same price at Pollo Tropical a few blocks away.

PDQ is a great place to get a quick bite for a decent price. The fast/casual atmosphere makes it a good place to sit in as opposed to getting a to go order. If you go at lunch it will be busy, but you get your food faster and the dining area is cleaner than at night. Also, if youre looking for something a little more healthy the salads are always tasty and theyll customize it as much as you like.

Its great chicken and fries.. love the homemade dipping sauces and they recently started back with $2 off next trip on receipt..it helps when you are paying almost $9 for chicken strips and fries. Back at 3-5 for 1/2 price thick chocolate shake. Would love to see them add a couple of side options, apples and caramel good, zucchini sticks took forever to prepare. But I will still keep going back.

Many visits to this location. The staff is great and very well managed. They keep the quality and cleanliness top notch. I know that managers like Melissa and Jason will both go very far in this company. The tenders, salads and shakes are fantastic. As the motto says: People Dedicated to Quality. Thats what you can expect at this location.

Food was good. I gotta be fair and say we came around 9:30pm right before closing time but as our first time to this restaurant my girlfriend and I felt very rushed and pressed to make our order. Not sure if it was a mistake or if they wanted to get us out of there but didnt seem right to me.
