We just recently started shopping here after moving to this area from Mandarin. I constantly find products that sold out and they dont get restocked in weeks. Right now they havent restocked Dove Dark Chocolate in SIX WEEKS? How hard is it to restock a popular chocolate? I can find it at any other Publix in the area so its not like this product is being discontinued. They also sold out of the Kashi Cereal Dark Cocoa Karma. I bought the last box weeks ago. They were out of the Ben & Jerry Peanut Butter Core ice-cream for weeks. They are also out for weeks now of the BMore Organic Skyr Smoothie Vanilla yogurt drink. Just yesterday (Sunday afternoon) they were out of Bananas aside from a pile of brown bananas that you can only use for banana bread. They are also out of the round Camembert cheese that is great for oven baked dishes. I got the last one a few weeks ago. Now they are out and I bet they wont restock that in a few months. You could buy the Brie cheese instead but you guessed it, they are also sold out of the small round one of those now as of last week. you can still buy the $12.00 serving of that for now but as a party of 2 I dont need that much cheese. So there goes that. They are also out of the cold pressed Limeade juice in the fresh beverage section. They placed a bunch of Watermelon Lemonade in several slots to hide the fact that they are out of the other varieties. If you managed your products better you would restock items as they sell out so you wouldnt have to hide the empty slots with the wrong products. Everywhere I go in this store I see the green stickers saying, Our Apologies, temporarily out or whatever it says. We started buying Organic Nutritional Shake - Sweet Vanilla Bean drinks and just in the last couple of weeks they have raised the price on this product by over $2.00. Guess what, we arent buying that anymore. I am going to have to start going to another Publix up in Jacksonville on my way home from work. This Cobblestone Publix has been an utter disappointment. If you guys want to see a professionally run Publix with courteous employees that is always stocked with the products you need and IF they run out, get the products back on the shelves within days, do yourselves a favor and go to the Publix in Fruit Cove off SR 13. Hands down the best Publix in town.

Publix is, and continues to be my go to place for groceries. But this particular store would get negative stars if that was an option. First, I rarely go to this store as there are ones closer to my work and home. But when shopping in the area I have stopped in this one maybe once every 4 to 6 weeks. So maybe 10 times total in the last year. I am not exaggerating when I say 3 of the last 4 stops I found expired items in my purchases. Now I know, my bad for not looking at dates when I shopped, but come on Publix. Never had this problem at WGV or Vilano Publix. In 2 of the 3 purchases they were frozen food items and I had to go dig back through my receipts to see when I had actually purchased them. For example I grabbed a frozen meal today out of my freezer, expired in Jan 2015, Looking through my receipts, I had purchased this item in late Feb 2015. Thats when I started digging through the freezer and my receipts to find other items that had well expired when I had bought them originally.

Probably the best place to shop for food. The staff is always super friendly. They usually have exactly what you want and if not they will try to get it for you. Publix is super clean. The bathrooms are super and they really have bright lighting to see what you are looking at. Most of the time they have the check outs running smoothly but get behind and you have to wait on occasions. There is only one drawbacks that I can find, are the prices, Example, they had a laundry detergent that was buy one get one free. The price was $6.95 for the two. I went to Walmart the next day and they had the same detergent for $2.83 for one. You do the math. Prices are on the down side. But I still shop here, but only special items.

The management of this particular location has socially profiled and discriminated against me, banning me from this store and all of cobblestone plaza, apparently for life. I was a regular customer purchasing food, and deli subs here. There we as an incident with an intoxicated homeless guy who was bothering me,other customers, and urinating in front of the store. The manager refused to talk to me and had the deputy tell me I was banned. Im furious. No other store has ever treated me so badly. I am looking into a law suit. Businesses cannot be allowed to treat people this way.

This location has steadily gone downhill. I dont think they have been able to keep up with the increased traffic from the Moultrie store remodeling, but thats no excuse. I constantly find expired items when shopping- lunch meat, yogurt, milk, etc. Sometimes theyre a month or older expired! Its really getting ridiculous. Not to mention, they rarely have a selection of fresh rotisserie chickens, fried chicken, or wings available at dinner time. Once, they actually rolled their eyes and asked that I pick something else! Go to another location if you can.

Excellent customer service as my experience at all Publix Supermarkets has been. However, tonight was special. I had a friendly cashier named Karrie (at least that what the name tag said), and right after that another nice lady saw the pouring rain and came over and held my shopping cart so I could bring my truck up to the front, so she could help me load it up. This was all less than 10 min til closing on a Friday night, when Im sure everyone is ready to go home. Publix is always great, this was above and beyond:)

My wife bought a deli container of a limited edition of Chipotle Turkey salad on Saturday. She got herself a little bit of it with some crackers on Sunday and on Monday was not feeling well ! After burping awhile with that same smell of the salad she finally threw it up! Do not buy it from that store; it was probably not stored right. I saved the rest , just in case she does not get over the food poisoning. She is not doing well , but will not go to the hospital . Will not go into detail of anything else.

Everyone at the store is very polite but I noticed something special today. An older lady was asking the butcher about some beef that was packaged and the butcher said "maam, we will do whatever you want us to do!" And he took it out and hand cut the piece she wanted and re packaged it for her. This is going above and beyond and is rare in todays world...thats outstanding customer service and I hope his boss sees this and shows it to him. I was very impressed as a business owner myself! Great work

We had Publix make us a custom, three tiered wedding cake. It was phenomenal. All of the guests at our wedding commented on how amazing the cake tasted. When I saw it for the first time I was speechless at how beautiful it turned out. Cake testing with my husband was so much fun! We loved Mike; he truly took the time to understand my vision for the cake and made sure that everything was delivered on time. We are completely happy with our experience at Publix!
