This Perkins has gone downhill lately. Today was the final straw. I ordered a simple breakfast, nothing fancy (Fab 5 with an extra side of biscuits). The pancakes were overdone, the biscuits were so cold they didnt even melt the butter, the coffee was burned, and the bacon was so thin they should have been embarrassed to serve it. To top it all off the restroom looked like something you would find in a truck stop. When these concerns were brought up to them they did nothing to even offer to fix anything. I will be going right down the street to Dennys from now on. At least their prices are reasonable for better quality.

Saturday March 25, 2017 my wife and I stopped here at Perkins for a late breakfast. It was very busy and didnt mind the ten minute wait. The menu offered a variety of combinations that would satisfy just about anyone. Our dishes were served hot and expertly prepared. Did I mention their pancakes. Yum, Yum. Chom was our wait person. She delivered our meal and took care anything else we needed. Imho, she would be an excellent trainer for new wait staff. The restaurant was very clean. Overall, management and staff at this venue are doing everything right!

After waiting 25 minutes after ordering with only 4 occupied tables in the restaurant at 2 50 pm on a Sunday, we got up and left. Just to be sure, we paid for our coffee and the waitress checked but no order up. Manager was there but didnt offer to check on our order himself, just walked away. Very poor management, very poor. I had a similar experience a couple of months ago but tried again. Never again. You had your chance, twice.

I give Perkins an A+++++. Karen Lauer my Server was Outstanding from Start to finish. Tina in the kitchen cooked me up a to die for Omelette and Blue Berry Pancakes. Laurie Kinzler the Mgr was there and very visible assisting in Check Out and Seating Customers. I love the new decor and feel like Perkins is lot better than a Chilis or Cheesecake Factory. I just loved the way the girls help and love taking care of the Customers.

Biscuits and gravy came in the form of a sandwich. Coffee was burned tasting. Service was slow. Gf got egg beaters and onions in her omelette instead of the requested regular eggs and no onions. Manager ran away after I told her my first complaint about the coffee. Requested butter never came. Requested new coffee and it tasted the same.

The floors were sticky and staff just mumbled that everyone was complanting about the floors. Help running the vacuum cleaner as everyone was eating their meal. Forget about getting grits with their all day long breakfast menu, never any left after 11 am, maybe they need to make biger batches.

The hostess was very rude. We walked in 15 minutes before they closed and she kept making inappropriate facial expressions with her co-worker. She greeted us by saying "Oh my God, we close in 15 minutes." We had to leave because she made it clear that we were not welcomed any longer.

One night I stepped in with a friend and we were seen by a waitress and another employee and were IGNORED! We waited about two more minutes, but no one paid us no mind, so we left ..... We feel that it was because we are hispanic. (Discrimination is prevalent in Orange City).

I love this location. The food is always good and prepared correctly. My family eats here regularly and sometimes I treat my staff to eggs in a hole for our meetings as a special treat. I appreciate the service and consistent quality of food being prepared.

the orange city perkins was just remodeled. its beautiful. the girls there go out of their way to make you feel at home. food was great. clean restaurant , great food, excellent service. this is our favorite place to eat.

Great food, on Wednesdays Perkins is the place to be if youre signed up on their email list. Buy 2 adult meals, 2 drinks you get one meal free. Loved the new breakfast specials with hash browns. Will definitely go back.
