Este lugar fue el descubrimiento del día, fuimos a San agustine de paseo para ver el alumbrado navideño presente hasta el 31 de Enero (precioso) y descubrimos este restaurante. Lindo acogedor con personal que parece familia, muy amable, el gerente sirve e incluso se sienta a conversar con el público. La comida estuvo excelente, Muy buenas las hamburguesas y Merengadas. Farmer Joe and The Cali fueron nuestras opciones. Great surprise this restaurant, will definitely go back, love the hamburgers (farmers josé and the cali) very cozy clean and well cared. Very friendly staff and manager not only serves but checks that everything is ok. love the flavor of the food- Highly recommended. And by the way, came using google maps and follow the recommendations it was very exciting to read the reviews. They were all excellent. well done !!

I have never had a bad experience here. The burgers are unique, fresh, interesting, and always flavorful. Moreover, the prices are moderate. The menu selection is incredibly varied and almost assuredly offers something anyone will want if you and friends are on a night out on St. Augustine. The pizza is a highlight to the menu. Brick-oven pizza baked in a oven where you can see them toss in fresh logs to keep the kindling alight is an ingenious touch to the interior design and atmosphere of the restaurant. The wait staff is always friendly and kind and prompt. Each time Ive been there has been some member of upper management saying hello and interacting with customers -- actually working and not letting their staff slave away without direction. Try this place out. You wont regret it.

One Twenty Three Burger House is among the Pantheon of local St. Augustine restaurants for me that I will always take out-of-town guests to. Everything Ive tried there has been excellent, including burgers, brick-oven pizza, and even jumbo chicken wings. The atmosphere is energetic but not raucous, and the staff are friendly but not smothering. The only thing I cant recommend is the ice cream. The chocolate shake I ordered once tasted as though it was made with sugar-free ice cream. However, seeing as though this is a "Burger House" and not one of the dozen ice cream parlors in St. Augustine, I wouldnt dream of knocking a star off for it. The food is amazing and has yet to let me down.

Friend and I ordered a basic burger & a chicken sandwich. Order arrived and the chicken was good but my 1/3 pound medium rare burger was thin, over done and not up to drive-in burger standards. It was certainly not up to the 5 star ratings here. The manager came over and asked how was everything and I said awful. He insisted on bringing me another order that was properly cooked but you just cant make a good burger when you start with a compressed mass of pulverized meat. Manager was great, the wait staff was good, and the facility is clean and fresh but its not the place to go for a burger.

Great burgers, yummy fries! Pizza is really good too! Our service was terrible on our latest visit. My husband and I were halfway done with our meals before our kids got theirs, took forever for refills and when we got them they were incorrect. We thought maybe because we were outside we had been forgotten by the lack of attention from our waitress. I happen to run into the manager inside when I went in to pay and he was awesome and took care of us!

Im a food critic for picky eaters and to be honest this is the best place Ive been for that. The burgers and pizza were amazing! You could say you wanted pepperoni on one side of the pizza and cheese on the other and if wanted you could say less sauce or none and it would be perfect, the burgers are great and stay intact when eating. I recommend this to everyone with a big family or/with friends. (And picky eaters

I cant say enough about this place. The decor was so cool. It has a Fixer Upper/ Farmhouse feel. I had a black and bleu burger and it was amazing! There were 5 of us eating and we were all pleased with the quality of food. Also, while we were waiting the manager came and offered us a slice of pizza, which was very good. Such a nice gesture. If youre in the St. Augustine area GO! Such a great experience!

Delicious food and awesome atmosphere! The service was excellent despite it being busy. Burgers were awesome, the fries were full of flavor and the shakes were a perfect desert. The kids loved the burgers as well. Definitely a great family burger house! 8-13-16 Visited St. Augustine again and we were happy to experience the same great quality food and service we did seven months ago.

The best burger spot in town or any town. I love a medium rare burger. Most places some how can not get that correct...they did and it was amazing. So fresh, definitely an affordable place, nice atmosphere....and every plate that came out looked better than the next. Prices are from like $10-$15. So worth it, huge portions.

Food was terrific, and the service was even better. The manager and server knew my wife and I were from out out of town and they took the extra time to suggest some terrific places to visit, tour, and eat. Some things that were less touristy and more local hotspots. But the food is definitely worth the visit.

We will definitely be going back here! The food was delicious. They even had gluten free pizza, which surprised us. The pizza was cooked perfectly and my bacon cheese burger was just right. Very generous portion for the price. We had plenty of leftovers and still left full. Definitely try this place!

Best burgers we have had ever. The three of us each asked for our burger to be cooked a different way and they each came exactly as ordered (this rarely happens). The fried egg on my Farmer Joe was absolutely perfect. Thank you Shelby for being an awesome waitress!! Will totally come back.

Awesome burger place. Many different burger toppings. They have a really nice kids menu with several more options than what you normally find. Staff was friendly and moved or meal along quickly. Smaller parking lot out front with a larger overflow parking lot just steps down the street.

This place is so cute! I loved the tables, the gray walls, and the cow art. We got one pizza (plenty for the two of us), a beer, and a glass of wine and only spent $22 before the tip. The Margherita pizza was really good. The only thing I didnt like was all the country music.

Great service and food. I think Travis may be the only and best waiter! I got the Philly wood fried pizza and ate the entire thing myself. :/ My husband got the 123 house burger and loved it!! Great place for kids and adults. Our girls are 8 & 9 and equally enjoyed the food!

I got the French burger with the cooked onions on a croissant. If you want to put on weight for a film role, this would be perfect. This restaurant used to be a lil champ and a pawnshop. They kept one of the pawnshop signs which I thought was cool. Parking on Riberia.

Wow! Nice restaurant. We went around 4pm on Saturday ; the place was packed. The burger is delicious. I had the cali . Medium cooked but it came out medium well, it was good anyway. Fresh products, avocado, red onion ; parmesan garlic fries was a great options .
