Came in and first thing I noticed was the soda machine was out of order with a handmade sign on it. There was a person standing at the counter whos job was to apparently call out counter service. So we waited till the person who was designated to take our order to come up.....really??? Next the person taking out order didnt seem very well trained as he had to hunt and peck at the register. We got our food reasonably quickly, and the fries while hot tasted like old fryer oil and the burger was dry and had obviously been there for a while. The restaurant was not dirty, but looked as if it could have used a good wipe down of the tables and the condiment bar. The bathrooms were dirty and had paper in the floor and smelled heavily of urine. All and all not the nicest restaurant I have been in and as far as Burger Kings go pretty poor representation for the brand. Especially when they seemed so slow.

As a former Burger King Employee in my early 20s I pride myself on giving people not just fast food but Hot, Fresh Fast Food. At first I was slow because I was still learning. So I can approach this from both sides. Customer and Former Employee. Do to heavy customer traffic (Drive-Thru and Inside) customers tend to rush so restaurants must be prepared for any rush. So staffing teenagers is a Double Edged Sword. Listening to the order is always a challenge. Customers on cellphones while ordering food and people who still dont know what they want to order but taking up other customers time. I can go on and on but as a customer when I say "No Ketchup or Tomatoes" on my Whopper its because Im allergic to Tomatoes, Ketchup and any tomatoe products. Dont give me the Whopper that was sitting on the Heat Shoot for over 20 minutes please.

This location is advertising The #1 Breakfast Combo (S, E & CH Croissant) as $3.39, and then when you get to the window, they up-size you without asking to a total of $4.17 ( I guess its $3.89 +tax or something). If you do not notice, you will be up-sized without your permission, which it seems gets you a few more tater-tots. There is no indication of sizes on the outside menu that I have seen. They have tried to do this to me twice, and when I asked to speak to the manager, he was the one taking my order and laughed at me with a pompous attitude. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but the best way to stop this practice is to find a place where they appreciate you as a customer! BEWARE, THESE PEOPLE ARE USING THE BAIT AND SWITCH! BOYCOTT THE KING!!!

Can I give it less than one star? I was just in there for lunch yesterday and I got a salad and an ice tea... Probably a bad decision on my part, but it shouldnt have been. Less than 5 min after I walked out, a sudden wave of nausea comes over me and I end up losing my lunch, literally. Im pretty sure I got food poising from there and will most likely be reporting this store to the health department in Monday. Im still not feeling right today. Learned my lesson. Will probably never eat there again unless there are some serious changes.

I like a good hot burger from the king -- I just dont know why its so hard to get one. Almost every time I come to burger king I get a cold burger and this location is no different. If they could get their temps under control they would be hands down better than other fast food burgers but a cold burger doesnt cut it. This location has an indoor playland. This location is very busy from 12 - 1 monday thru friday - expect a long line if you come during this time.

Went here on Feb 28 for lunch, that night Mears Transportation in Orlando had tried to swipe my card # nine times in Orlando, and several 100.00 purchases went through at gas stations in Altamonte, Apopka, and Orlando. A little fishy, huh? Also, this location runs out of things, not just the occasional tomato mind you. Things like: Meat. Bread. I feel like the King needs to go crack a few skulls in this fiefdom.

they were closing at 12... it was 11:15 I go there he says the credit card machine is down , i go get cash and it is about 11:40 when icome back, no answer whatsoever thee guy is in the BK lobby sitting there on his phone not paying attention , spanish manager lied to me his cash machine wasnt down he just didnt want to work, he has done this 3 times before, he deserves to be fired. TERRIBLE BK

This Burger King has consistently gotten my orders wrong every time I have visited, which hasnt been that many. Today I went inside to order a veggie burger, and when I received the bag it had stapled to it a receipt that said veggie burger, great. Take it with me and open it up to find a chicken sandwich with two strips of bacon on it. This has to be the worlds worst BK

I asked for extra pickles - I got none. Also, I watched as my burgers were warmed in a small grill and there small grill had no flames. I asked the lady that took my order where are the flames? She gesticulated towards the back of the kitchen and said its back there. I wont be rushing back to any Burger King at any time.

Two visits here with poor experiences. First time around their soda machine was broken. Second time around I waited ten minutes before asking where my food was and the ticket was still on the printer. The entire dining room had three people in it at that time. I will not be returning.

Food is the same as every other sub-par BK but the staff seems like they dont know a single thing about their own menu, they talk AT you not TO you, and its the same "(blank) machine is broke down" story no matter what you want to order. Also the sweet tea is always garbage

Slow, poor service. They also over-charged us for one of our sandwiches. We were the only people waiting and it took 17 mins to get our "fast food". This place doesnt take Google Wallet, despite what the gwallet website says.

Good service but they always over cook the chicken fries. So every time I go I have to ask them to re make them the way they are supposed to. They just need to get it right but other than that they are alright.

They say fresh to order, but twice now my croissants have been hard as a rock. If someone asks you if the sandwiches are fresh, dont tell them yes knowing they arent or overly microwaved.

This is the worst, slowest and by far the most unorganized Burger King that Ive ever been to. Avoid this location and try your luck at McDonalds across the street, which isnt much better.

Gave me my drink without the lid on correctly had soda spill all in my car and then didnt give me the right sizes for thr large meal I ordered. Food was warm so I guess thats okay.
