My husband went to get lunch today. After returning to the window with the wrong drink 3 times, he finally got his sprite with the lid falling off and soda running all over the outside of the cup. Then his meal took several minutes to be made. They gave him the entire incorrect order. When he corrected it politely, the manager came over to help... his order was not in the computer any longer. So he showed them the receipt and a new bag of items was brought a few minutes later. The order was wrong again. When he walked inside to get it corrected, the manager again came over and asked what his problem was so he explained that both sandwiches were incorrect and finally after rudely getting another customer a cup of ice without even saying excuse me to my husband. They didnt remake the sandwiches, but at least fixed the errors. This is unacceptable and we will not shop here again.

Founded in Miami own by (3G Capital) Brazilians. Typical American fast food outlet which has outspread its greasy claws to every corner of the Earth. Horrible service at every Burger King especially this one. Employee cant even speak English, are unable to use a till and take on average five minutes to get your entire meal to the front counter; and the meat is always burnt. A very crappy restaurant where the burgers are all greasy and fattening, the fries are stale half the time, and it is EXPENSIVE as heck. And Burger King doesnt give you a choice. McDonalds at least has a dollar menu in which you can get a burger for cheap pice. Everything in Burger King is a expensive whopper that tastes like crap. McDonalds is really more have it your way, here is have it their way or get out of here. Cant wait for this burger King to move out St.Cloud.

It pains me to even give this Burger King one star! We stopped at this Burger King for French toast sticks - even though previous Rotten Experiences had kept us away .. The special was 3 French toast sticks for a dollar yet when asking about sizes I was sold 5 for $3.00 and to add insult to injury they didnt have any SYRUP .. Seriously ? Topping off this ridiculousness was that the assistant manager was the one helping us ! No apologies and absolutely nothing even remotely pleasant - No syrup must be the norm .. I cant figure out how a Burger King can be this bad .. Does no one care ? Is the owner so out of touch they cant figure out how to even bump up to a 2 star establishment ? Sad .. Just sad

Food sucks . Everything was cold .. save your money and eat anywhere else but here .. managers where in the front entrance smoking . Both of them . Very poorly managed and it shows threw there quality of food . BUT WAITE thats not all. In the front by the bike rack I seen two rats while I waited for then to bring me my food bc . They seem to want to hire only a limited staff to server a high volume location.. I assure you I will tell everyone I know to avoid this sorry ,poorly managed burger king . . Very disappointed with this place bc it used to be great to eat there about 10years ago.

Nasty is the word. we ate in and there was a pile of dead flies in the corner in the booth we decided to eat in let alone there were flies flying around everywhere the whole time. they had trash cans im the middle of the dinning area beacuse the ceiling leaked so bad they had to collect the water and im almost positive one of them had mold in it. one of the employees "mopped" while we were there and i thought the floor would apear a little cleaner but i was wrong there were peices of fries meat empty cups and something spilled in some of the booths i dont know how this place is still open.

I dont normally leave reviews, but I had a very odd experience here. I ordered, pulled around to the window with my debit card ready, and the cashier stands there and stares at me. Didnt say hi, nothing. Just stood there and stared, then took my card. She didnt say one word the whole time I was sitting there! Not thank you, or have a nice day, screw you, nothing. I ate half of my food, its been about 4 hours later, and now I have a terrible stomach ache. That has been the only food I had today.... I wont be back. No wonder the parking lot was empty, and there were no customers inside.

This place is a joke, I waited over 10 minutes before even getting my order taken and I was the only one in line. My order was taken at 11:38 and I didnt get the food till 12:02. The worst part of all is when I go up to get my tray I notice the fries were covered in thick black speckles. When I told the lady I didnt want those fries covered in mystery crap she called her over and explained the situation the manager replies in Spanish thinking I couldnt understand "what do you want me to do the oil is dirty and needs to be changed" . I immediately asked for a refund and left.

We came here for breakfast. The food was good...for fast food. It was hot and cooked just fine. The store was clean. The only thing I have to say that is a bit unfavorable is the staff wasnt friendly. I felt as though we were interrupting them. They were talking, mixed English/Spanish, and when we came up to the counter, they continued and didnt acknowledge us. I had to ask if I could place my order before they stopped talking. Our kids love their french toast sticks and ham and cheese croissants...maybe well have to find another BK location.

O..M..G this is the WORST BK Ive ever been to! This place needs to be shut down! Wish I could give it negative 10 stars! One time I ordered and they forgot my order and waited over 15 min for fries!!! Then going through the drive thru is a nightmare you never know when youre going to get out! Seriously! 30 minutes in a drive thru? Ridiculous! Reminds myself why I love to cook myself but when your out with 3 small hungry kids sometimes you have no choice. Dont come here! Take your money elsewhere or better yet...stick to home cooking!

First i was upset because there was only one high chair in the whole place and it was in use so my one year old had to sit on my lap to eat as did three other children with their parents. At our table there were three flies and as we were eating a cockroach crawled down the side of the wall...never going there again. I took pictures of this roach crawling down the wall before i tried to kill it. Told someone behind the counter about it and all she said was shell call pest control in the morning...seriously disgusting.

The only reason the stars are as high as 2 stars because the decor was nice. The drink machine ran out, they gave me the wrong chicken sandwich then charged me extra for cheese if they had given me the right one it had cheese already on it. They didnt ask me if I wanted it in a combo which I did. They keep arguing over how I wanted my sandwich with each other. They acted like they didnt care to even be at work. Disappointing since we enjoy our local BK at home.
