I went to Krystal because I had a good experience in Ga. and product was good. So I stopped at this one at 3250 W. Vine in Kissimmee. I oedered 12 reg sliders no mustard, extra onions and pickles. And 6 boneless wings and small fries to go. I ate the wings and fries in store. I decided to eat one of the burgers, and there was mustard on them. I told them and they said they would make new ones. I said again no mustard extra onions and pickles. I checked them only 1 pickle I asked if that was extra they gave me some pickles in a container. Also the extra onions were never put on th grill and steamed. They were just thrown on. What a disappointment. Girl says sorry. I say this order was not difficult and both times you made mistakes. 2nd while I was waiting Im at a table and I was going to Close my jacket and I found all of this clear sticky stuff on my jacket and hands. I found that there was this goo on the pole between the two tables. I told the person in a black shirt (assuming he is a mgr. About it.). Then ask for a wet cloth. He brought me paper towels with a corner of it wet. I managed to get it cleaned off of my hands. Had him wet another and wiped off the table pole. Never did he send anyone out to clean it up. Or say anything else. HOW DISAPPOINTING. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

Im gonna be honest honest about this location. Time is 1:37pm 6/22/2017 "Ill Never Ever Eat At This Location If I Cant See The Individual Whos Taking My Order Face To Face" The experience started off well but didnt end well. Im placing a Order The 12 Little Burgers Combo For $18.00. She ask me over the intercom in the drive thru "Sir Would You Like Cheese?" My Reply Was YES. All of a sudden she ask me the same question a couple of seconds later YELLING. WOULD YOU LIKE CHEESE ON THE BURGERS? I SAID yes the first time you ask. Then I get the Stank ass attitude. Time out " BIH Wendys Is Right Up The Street Ms Funky Ass Additude. Now I See Why This Places Was Never On My To Eat List. Ill Never Eat From Any Fast Food Restaurant That Cant Teach Your Front Line How To Handle Themselves Over The Intercom. You Need To That Notes From Chick-fil-A and Wendys On How To Operate Your Drive Thru. And I Called This Location To Ask Whos The Young Lady In The Drive Thru. The Same Female Answer The Phone. So That Rude Ass Individual Had To Be The Manager

I love Krystal for sentimental reasons, and this particular store is one I frequent about 3 times a year. I want my Krystals hot, steamy, and with the buns steamed to perfection. Usually they perform admirably in providing this, but on my visit a few days ago, the burgers were luke warm, and the buns were dry. Maybe they have a new cook? Ill certainly give them another chance, and let you know how it goes.

I only give it a two star rating because the establishment it self needs a make over. They need to completely remodel inside the restaurant. Lets be realistically here who wants to be sitting down while smelling like its old and musty. Kind of like a mildew smell.

It took over 20 minutes to get our order if 24 little burgers. I asked for the manager and he told me it only took 8 minutes to cook an order of 24 and he was very rude about his responses I will not return
