Filthy, rude, and slow. The tables were dirty the floor was trashed and the trash was all full. We came in hoping for a quick bite. It took 15 minutes to get our order, they were not even busy. The order was wrong, we ordered sandwiches with no onions and another order plain and the burgers were fully loaded. In total we only ordered 6 burgers, but they brought over 8 which were all the wrong order. I tried to speak to someone but she put my food down and walked away. So we got a refund and left. We didnt have time to wait another 15 minutes for another order.

TERRIBLE. This was one of my favorite places. I ordered 12 krystals with cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. First, they completely forgot the cheese. Then, they put barely any tomatoes on my burgers and when I went back up to the counter I was handed a cup of tomatoes with a peice of PLASTIC in it. None of the employees practice good hygene from what I saw while waiting for them... No gloves, and no hand washing. I will not be returning and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there...

Went here on march 5th around 330 it was the absolute best experience I have ever had at any Krystals placed my order put car in drive pulled to window my food was sitting waiting at window 10 seconds later every Krystal I ordered was perfect fresh hot and put together correctly my fries were fresh hot perfectly salted and also my drink was not all ice and empty after 2 drinks thanks guys great job

This location is awful the employees are rude food sucks is not worth youre time or money. We got tea and it was the most disgusting tea ever. The general manager Samantha needs to be fired this is not how you run a business.All of the employees need a class on proper customer service. We tried to order double burgers the lady said she couldnt put them in. LoL.

This is a fast food resturaunt meaning the food may not be great quaility but its quick and cheap. That being said, the staff is great. Theyre always friendly when I go through the drive threw (which stand out from other fast food places) but I cant speak for the inside.

Just ordered 12 pack and told the lady to do half with just cheese the other half regular. she didnt understand so we ssid just give us a 12 regular she said okay. We got all without cheese and one half plain.... I dont know how that was hard to understand.

Went here for lunch today. The burgers were cold, stale buns and no onions. The fries werent done. It was a waste of 17$$. The womens bathroom was dirty....water was leaking out the ceiling tiles in the dining room. Highly disappointed.

This particular Krystal never seemed to be too clean in the past. That doesnt seem to be the case anymore though. The last several times Ive been here, the service and food were prompt, and the kitchen looked clean.

Just ordered four chz Krystals and they are cold and 2 of them didnt have mustard on them!!! And my fries are cold. Didnt ask what I would like to drink and just gave me what they wanted!

They were open on Thanksgiving and the lady in the drive-thru was very nice and helpful! We would definitely visit again, if we were local. Definitely recommend to others!
