Llegamos como todos en busca de una buena hamburguesa estilo Americano y nos sorprendieron con unas de las mejores hamburguesas que comimos .Destacamos el servicio al público como excelente a igual que su gerente "Tony" que amable mente nos guió que pedir, precios razonables, buena variedad de cervezas y el mejor helado. Ambientación bien retro americana y los hot dog Texas y NY son imperdibles. Como turista y chef recomiendo este lugar. We arrived looking for a good American burger and were surprised to find some of the best burgers around. We were captivated by the customer service offered by the employees and Tony, the manager-excellent!!! Friendly Amercan retro atmosphere, grey clean place, reasonable prices, good variety of beers and the best ice cream!!!! Its also a good place to enjoy a good Texas or NY hot dog! As a tourist and chef, muy family and I recommed this place.

This was a complete shame! I use to love BurgerFi because they had the "Build your own burger" that you got to pick your toppings and cheeses. They have now gone to the standard burger choices - no more choice of cheeses (blue cheese). Now nothing sets them apart from Five Guys. Their fries are still good, but the amount they give for what they charge isnt worth it. And their customer service SUCKS! I stood in line for 25 minutes with only ONE person ahead of me at 3:30 pm. Nothing was told to us as to the delay. Then when I finally get to order, they take my card and disappear! NOTHING, not a word as to why they were taking my card away. Found out, after I asked, that their computer system wasnt working up front, so they were having to process the cards via phone. Had they said something during my ordering, I would have paid CASH. I will never go back to this BurgerFi again. I need to find a burger place that has good food and good customer service!

BEWARE. Im a fan of BurgerFi and have been to a lot of BurgerFis in FL, but this particular restaurant undermined my regular expectations. The portion of fries normally given at BurgerFi was pretty much half the regular portion at this restaurant. I had to go up to the cash register in confusion and wonder why I paid $4 for half the standard portion, to which they replied that I got the right amount. Yeah, okay... Someone hasnt been working there long... If the level of fries are BELOW the basket they give it in, then youre doing it wrong! Also, I ordered a veggie burger and wanted to apply it to a promotion that required that one purchases a burger and fries. The cashier told me veggie burgers arent real burgers. The nerve! The cashier gave me an attitude, so I didnt want to argue her idiocy. I can see why countless people here are so uninterested in this BurgerFi... they arent providing standard service!

Today I came into Burger Fi for my lunch break. The place was clean, the cashier was pleasant, and all was well. I ordered the Burger fi burger with a wheat bun, cheese fries, and a drink. As I was eating my burger, I took a couple of fries and realized there was a long strand of black hair stuck in the cheese fries. I was disgusted, and immediately returned to the cashier and explained what happened and demanded a refund. I believe the hair strand came from the gentleman with the dreadlocks in the kitchen. To be honest, I feel like everyone in the kitchen should have all their hair in a net, not partially. It was truly the most disgusting experience, and my last time eating here. I do not recommend this Burger Fi after this experience, unfortunately their good tasting food does not make up for their hygiene issues.

Came here on a Monday afternoon. It was a lively atmosphere, but not busy or crowded. Extra pros: Customer service was top-notch from beginning to end. The employees here are knowledgeable about whats on the menu and took the time to explain how ordering works. Once I ordered, it took about 7 minutes to receive. The food was a bit pricey, but tasty. You can customize your burgers with different toppings, meats and condiments. I was told pricing up front for add-on items and got some recommendations for delicious dessert menu items. Kids menu options come with one side and a drink. There is plenty of seating available, from really long tables to smaller ones with four seats, high chairs and a few tables outside with large umbrellas for sunshade. Great experience. Will be returning here. Cons: None.

4 stars for lunch, but easily 5 stars for evening meals, and it only comes down to price. Everything else is spot on. Fries are great (good bang for buck with the extra cajun seasoning but itd be amazing if that was free), free refills on soft drinks so for me size doesnt matter, and the burgers are robust (I had The CEO). While the quality of the food is great and the service is not lacking in my opinion, shoutout to Suheily for being so amiable, the price befits a style less for quick or affordable lunch and more towards meetups at night to share a couple drinks with people. Id totally drop by here in the evening and have a few beers to get the most out of it, but not quite at noon. Obviously if price is no concern to you, then all in all its a pretty burger joint to go to.

La verdad este lugar siempre me llamo la atencion visitarlo, su concepto me gusto, pero realmente senti que era un poco costoso a compracion de otros sitios donde venden comida rapida, no le doy las 5 estrellas porque ese dia vi mucho desorden y realmente la comida no es tampoco una cosa del otro mundo, es un sitio para ir una sola vez y conocerlo nada mas lamentablemente

Fast service, nice and modern clean area. Delicious oreo shake, good burger fi hamburger and french fries were a bit burned but still OK . Servicio rápido, lugar bonito, moderno y limpio. Con ricas merengadas de oreo, buena hamburguesa Burger fi, las papas estaban un poco quemaditas pero buenas.

On my third visit I decided to finally write a review - its a new trend that makes business owners earn customer reviews. In summary, the consistency in which one can experience a great atmosphere, a welcoming ambiance and a clean restaurant earned this place the accolades with 5 stars. It is evident that management keeps a watchful eye on all these metrics and Im thankful because I can enjoy "the breakfast all day burger" with the same flavor, presentation and pleasant environment. This restaurant sits in an area with many shops and restaurants and it is one of my favorites.

Wonderful experience. Food is AMAZING!! The staff is comitted to providing high level customer service. The atmosphere is not what you expect of your typical burger "joint". Absolutely NO deep fried oily smell. TVs showing sports, classy retro pop music, and great American style comfort food I what to expect when you visit the Kissimme, FL location. I cannot forget to applaud Jonathan Rolon. He went out of his way to bring us our food along with making tasty suggestions for us try on our next visit. See you next time Jonathan!
