I wanted to take a moment to share some observations about the Burger King at 6709 University Blvd, Orlando, Florida, which is pretty much the worst-run franchise I have seen in my life. This location has a history of problems: running out of coffee, running out of hash-browns, cold food, the usual. Some things one simply expects for the price. But of late it has shown a remarkable decline from its once-eminent position of mediocrity. Frequently the drive-through breakfast menu is not posted by 8am. Other times the drive-through menu glass is left hanging open. Yesterday I was informed at 8:10am that "Were not serving breakfast yet." (As Im sure your database reveals, this is a 24-hr location.) This morning was really the pièce de résistance. At 7:50am there was a line of cars backed-up at the ordering station, so I had hope that perhaps they had gotten their act together. I waited in turn, pulled up, and was promptly welcomed by a mature male voice and invited to order. I gave my order. I waited for the price to come up on the screen, but nothing happened. I asked, "Did you get that? ...Hello?" Finally I pulled through to look in the window, and found the restaurant completely empty. The lights were on, the breakfast menu was up, and they had a bloody robot pretending to take orders from a series of vehicles, while the building was utterly vacant. There was an older man in a McDonalds shirt sitting at one of the picnic tables out front who sadly waved at me as I drove out in confusion. I understand the difficulty of hiring good people. Im hiring for positions myself. But to be clear, this franchise sits 12 minutes away from the entrance to the second-largest university in America, with 60,000 students trying to make ends meet. I honestly dont think it should be that difficult to find someone who can be taught how to change a sign or SHOW UP IN THE MORNING.

Went to get breakfast this morning. I was the only person there. I pulled up through the drive thru and ordered: 1 BEC Biscuit (sandwich only) & 1 BEC Biscuit meal w/ medium Dr. Pepper. I pull up to the window, pay my bill. The window was left open and while the employees were bagging my order, the manager was yelling at them. The woman hands me a small coffee, and my food and slams the window. I get to my office and I have a COMPLETELY FLAT Dr. Pepper with no ice, 1 BEC biscuit, 2 small hashbrown rounds at the bottom of the bag, and 1 biscuit with bacon on it and nothing else. I understand that it is a fast food joint, but if I am the ONLY CUSTOMER at 7:30am and you cant even say good morning, and then you screw up my order! Nonetheless, the nonsense with yelling at the employees, that should be done in an office setting, AWAY FROM YOUR CLIENTS. Do you (the manager) really think I (the customer) want to eat my food after youve just pissed off all of your employees that are handling my food? From now on, I will go down the road to your competitor, because at least they say good morning.

This is the worst Burger King Ive ever been to (My favorite happens to be the one in daytona beach, corner of S. Atlantic, and Dunlawton Ave.) Putting aside all of my previous infuriating and disappointing experiences, today takes the cake (and mirrors a previous experience) I showed up around Midnight, and waited at the speaker for a few mins. No greeting, so I pulled around. The only employee in the store then made a motion that the store was closed. I then check the hours here on this page and see that the store is still indeed open 24 Hours. In addition to this experience, I had a similar one where I came around and the store was seemingly deserted, no employees anywhere during business hours. Ive also been at the drive through window and witnessed employees handling bottles of hard alcohol. This is one of the poorest-run business Ive ever had the displeasure of patronizing. Needles to say, Ill be contacting Magic Burger about my issues, as this store remains seemingly unchanged from when I moved here 5 years ago.

Got a very simple meal and fries. Once I get to the window a young lady with a really high pitched voice (a little irritating) handed me my food. Also cursed to her co-worker in a story she was telling) i drove to my house and see that my fries were not included in my bag so I drove back and manager Chelsea (young white female) attended me, I told her my fries werent included in my bag and she pretends to type something in the computer and tells me I didnt order fries which I know i did. And send me on my way I didnt have my review so I parked and looked for it and found it handed her my review and she scuffed whilebi tried talking to her walked away and put my value fries in a bag..I asked her if I could maybe get a medium because I did drive back home..untold her it was bad service..and she talked over me and told me to leave. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE

Grandchildren wanted the pancakes so passed on a nearby restaurant for this. No one in the restaurant on a Saturday AM - this is a big tell!. The three working did not seem happy to be there.- had to wipe our table, alert that the ice was empty & we waited 25 minutes for our pancake order. My guess is they pulled a stack of 3 pancakes out of the freezer & put them in the microwave. What came out was a soggy puck that stuck together. We had to ask for butter & plastic ware. Eggs seemed to have been microwaved & hash browns were pale & soggy. We will take the kids to Perkins in the future. The wait is about the same & is so much better

Messed up the order as always at this location asked for a bacon cheeseburger with no ketchup or pickles check the burger on the way home theres ketchup and pickles had to go all the way back during rush hour then got home realized they gave us fries instead of onion rings and the chicken fries were obviously microwaved before putting them in the bag because they were mushy and not crispy at all and old Ive had 5 Outta 5 bad experiences with this location im done !!

Very slow service. I was waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes.. When I finally got to the window, the man says, "Welcome to Burger King, may I take your order. When I gave him my order I was told they were closed and not taking any more orders. I said I was waiting for 15 minutes and why did he ask me for my order if they were closed. The guy inside said over the mike, "Too bad. Were closed"

At 7:45am on a Saturday morning, the one place I choose to stop before work is this burger king restaurant and it turns out they only have 1 responsible employee who had been waiting outside since 5am. No manager with keys had yet to show up to work. This is unprofessional and completely unacceptable. it is now 8:15 am and their phones are still going straight to voicemail.

Even with reading the order back twice, and the kitchen asking about my order, it was made incorrectly. The cashier didnt even give me a receipt so I could come back later to refund or remake the order. The contact number for this store goes right to voicemail. Ive given this store numerous chances to get these problems fixed, but Im done. Taking my business elsewhere.
